Only gave 1 star because you can’t leave 0.Food arrived late, cold, smelt wrong and slimy. Even after a few bites we both felt really ill with stomach cramps and nausea.When we called the restaurant to ask about estimated delivery time, we got very short responses.Due to other health concerns we currently have for my partner, i have had to get him to hospital as a result of food poisoning from this place. Will not be a returning customer.Also note that they only have a 2 awarded on food hygiene and needs severe improvement or should not be allowed to operate!

The food is genuinely amazing from here , it never disappoints and always tastes of the highest quality. It is very deserving of more than 5 stars. It is my favourite Chinese takeaway in salford , absolutely love it, I recommend it to everyone! The service is really lovely too.

Abysmal to say the least. We chose this place as we were ravenous, and they advertised a 10-20 minute delivery slot. 2+ hours later it eventually arrived.During our ordeal, we made 200+ calls to the takeaway, which were all ignored, pretty sure the phone was off the hook. There were no updates as to where our order was. Eventually we had no idea if the food was going to arrive or not, so we decided to order from somewhere else (may I add that this order arrived swimmingly).Our order then arrived without any warning. On arrival, the prawn toast tasted like it was prepared three weeks ago and microwaved. The crispy seaweed should be renamed soggy seaweed and 80% of the sticky BBQ ribs were pig knuckles.I find it unbelievable that this company are still operating, given the bang average food and shockingly bad service. Then again, if any other fools get taken in by the 'promise' of quick delivery, and are so hungry they would eat their own spleen, then these charlatans will continue to operateAs you can probably tell, we would recommend you avoid this place....I'd rather eat puking pastilles from the Weasley brothers

I rarely leave reviews, but the service was very bad. First time I've ordered from here given the good ratings on uber eats. The restaurant decided to cancel my order because I couldn't pick up the phone 2 minutes after I placed the order. I had to call back explaining I was carrying bags up the stairs. The guy on the phone sounded annoyed by my explanation. I had to redo the order. Well, the delivery took more than one hour because the driver - somehow-got the wrong address. The chicken was incredibly salty and the noodles tasteless.

Very awful awful guy over the phon. Absolutely no one should patronize them they are terrible in dealing with customers. Ordered food nearly two hours no food delivered. Rang in to request for a refund the guy over the phone was very rude so rude hang up on me we’re in June and I’m still chasing after my refund. Very awful people shut it down if you can’t serve and be polite

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered on Uber eats, delivery said 20-40 minutes, and the delivery was on the way in time. I live a 6 minute drive from the restaurant, 25 minutes passed and the food did not arrive so I phoned. Lady on the phone said the delivery driver tried to ring me and my number is wrong, I told them I use Uber eats all the time and know that my number is not wrong, she then argued with me about this. Then she decided that the printer had printed ONE number from my number out wrong, I find this very hard to believe. I questioned her as to why the driver didn’t ring the intercom for my flat if he couldn’t get through to me, the reply ‘I don’t know he’s a new driver’ no apology nothing. She then said she would cancel the order for me which she has not done which then makes it difficult to get a refund for the order that I never received.They have then decided to not cancel my order as agreed twice and send it again, 48 minutes after it was originally sent. I refused the food and phoned the restaurant to be told ‘communication error’ and that I have to wait for the driver to be back from other deliveries for them to cancel - the guy was rude as well.Customer service from this place is shocking, taking peoples money and not delivery seems like the norm from the other reviews.Listen to the other 1 star reviews and do not order from this place.
