Excellent customer service from the two lads on last night as well as the same lad who was on breakfast this morning.

Had an amazing time at premier inn great location with a free bus service in and around the city centre so getting about wasn't a problem paid £10 extra to check in early and actually got upgraded to a better room as no others were available and me and my partner we're tired after a long journey and didn't fancy waiting another 4 hours until check in the room was clean with lovely led lights behind the headboard giving off a nice ambient and romantic vibe we would definitely stay here again!

A really great premier inn. All the usual, easy check in lovely bedding, towels, tea coffee etc. but the levels of service and the location make it extra special.Great staff, so professional, lovely breakfast with a view. All in all recommend this as a great central place to stay for Manchester.I'll be back ?

Feel as though the amenities have been cheaped out on in the room compared to previous years. No chance to try the food on this occasion but the staff were lovely and

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the light switch which holds the card was faulty and the lights wouldn't come on. The hairdryer kept stopping in use which was annoying. Staff were excellent and breakfast was excellent too.Rooms: Good sized room but faulty light switch and hairdryer. Could do with an anti slip mat in the bath for showers. Lovely big soft towels. Nice shower gel and hand-wash.Safety: We had a false fire alarm at 2am and I was on the 5th floor. I have osteoarthritis in one of my knees and found walking down rhe stairs and back up again very arduous.Food & drinks: Breakfast was very good plenty of choice and self service so quick.

You know what you get with a premiere inn. Good sized rooms with bath and shower. Complimentary tea and coffee, which is refillable. Hair dryer, ironing board, etc.Staff were all polite and professional. Sometimes, you have to wait at the bar.Food is good at dinner, and drinks are reasonably charged, especially for a hotel.Breakfast is the usual, breads and fry up. You must ask for scrambled eggs, but I had to soak up the excess water.Situated withing 10 min walk of retail park and 2 minutes to bars etc. Right near the studios.I would recommend and stay againRooms: Spacious, warm, coffees, teas, hairdryer and ironing board etc

Was very pleasantly surprised at the level of service and facilities at this hotel, considering the great price too.Staff were so friendly and helpful.Breakfast was excellent. I asked for scrambled egg and my friend asked for poached. They politely said they would bring to us. 3 mins later, perfectly cooked and delivered to table. Great breakfast choices all round.Highly recommend for city centre room. ?Nearby activities: Close to Spinningfields and many great social areas.

Premier Inn hotels are generally smart, modern and well equipped and this is no exception. I'd go so far as to say they're the best of the budget chains, you rarely feel like they've economised on anything and the staff are genuinely friendly. Only slight gripe was that the self check-in machine didn't work for me and it took a little while to find a human replacement. Otherwise a relaxing stay.

The service was good you can't check in before 3 pm but like ten mins before they allow or they have great waiting area it's usually quite.the rooms are nice and sleek they don't have a cupboard but open wardrobe instead and a shoe rack they have blow dryer for hair and our room had a kettle and condiments for it it would depend on your room type I guess and have great view of the street below and Irene river you can get an ironing board and iron and cleaning done on demand which doesn't have additional charges but ahve to inform at front desk for that service the only drawback is the wifi was kinda slow that's all otherwise a good option as Hardman square is 3 min walk and arndale mall is 15 min walk

It’s a premier inn, everything was fine, the room was clean and comfortable. However, the pillows are like breaks and not being able to open the window Even a crack means I will not be visiting a premier Inn ever again.

Have stayed here many times in the past, so I thought I'd give it another try. This time, I stayed in a Premier Plus room, and it was really worth the extra I paid. I had a very large corner room with a fabulous view. The fridge, a must for me these days, was very useful and kept drinks and salad very cold. The iron and ironing board also useful, especially when staying for work purposes. The best thing about this particular room (610) was the view, a full-length view of the River Irwell. Yes, a mixture of industrial Salford and modern buildings might not be to everyone's taste, but I loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The public areas aren't as vibrant as in more upmarket hotels but then you pay more. The restaurant could do with a redec, some of the tables were very worn. Still all in all good value for money
