Is it true that you don’t allow animals inside? I went several times to your media city branch with my cat (usually inside the bag) and I’ve seen before people with their dogs inside as well but today I was told by a friendly staff member that animals are not allowed in! Check your website and nothing in your policy says anything about that!

What happened to the previous manager who used to maintain this shop? It’s not the same place anymore, not pleasurable coffee experience anymore, angry staff..spirit is gone, heart breaking

I only popped in for a short while, so obviously I can't judge too hard. I got a cinnamon Danish which was pretty nice, I'm a little cheap and wasn't expecting the prices, but that wasn't a huge issueThe man serving me was very lovely. He was polite and very lovely throughout the payment process, he had on a nice colourful lanyard and was overall very kindIf I had to rate it fully, I'd have to get an actual meal. But for now I give the place a 4/5 :)

I often visit this Pret when coming up to visit my parents on the Quays. I must say this store really stands out in terms of the customer service, the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I have been impressed by how efficient my visits have been, I have never had to wait for more than a couple of minutes for my order, and even in the busy periods (especially lunch time) the staff remain calm, friendly and attentive. The coffee is fab and I highly recommend the bacon and cheese twists! I have visited a number of times now, and got to know a couple of the staff memebers - Ewa, Isaac. Nichola, Wai Wai, Marcia and Waylon - always super friendly and I enjoy popping in on my visits to the Quays. Despite not visiting too often as I live down South, the staff always remember me and it feels very special that a big chain has retained its own sparkle of individuality. It is definitely the staff who make this store! With this being said, I was very disappointed to see the store manage, Agi, is no longer there. As the store manager she was the glue that held everyone together, and as a customer you could see how much the staff respected her and it was a lovely working environment. I was extremely saddened to hear that she is no longer at this particular branch. I do hope on my next visit she has returned and that I will be able to have a nice chat with her and the rest of the Pret team!

I always find the staff friendly even when busy and it’s spotlessly clean.. I’m not a dog lover so pick up on things quickly concerning hygiene etc and find nothing to complain about at all..

The place is functional, lots of busy people passing through. Had difficulties at checkout, but soon resolved by efficient staff.
What you expect from a Pret.Service was fairly quick, tables were dirty and not presented very well.

The food, service and atmosphere were all adequate. Had to rate poorly though as all drinks/food come in take away containers & unrecyclable cups even when eating in. The environmental impact of this must be huge - one star until improved.

Staff are so friendly and welcoming and the drinks are always made exactly how we like them. We live on the Quays and make use of the excellent value subscription, coming here every day with our pet dog, Poppy. All the staff are amazing. Super friendly and very quick with the drinks. It’s a real pleasure to have this particular Pret on our doorstep with the excellent service all the team provide. Although all the staff are great, special mention must go to Aggy, Ewa, Waylan, Isaac, Nicola, Marcin. Apologies for missing some of you out but you don’t always have name badges on. Top marks all round.
