Refused to let me use the toilet. Whilst laughing at me from behind his glass screen. Perhaps your staff should undergo living in a trick all week to constant be refused access to toilet facilities. Because they are too lazy to clean them so they keep them locked up.

I filled 59 liters, my car had 25% fuel, my car's tank has 66 liters,How is it possible to put 59 liters of diesel in if the car has 25% fuel=16.6 liters ,I could be wrong but this has never happened to me anywhere else, I would like you to give me an explanation, because it is impossible.

Awful place, genuinely forgotten my bank card, so I tried to explain to the staff that I just needed to go home for it. I offered all my details and was refused and watched as I was outside in my car unable to leave with them, I was told to get the money or they would contact the police I had to wait for someone to come with my card.

My mate josh nohat says the drinks of pop are 2 for 2-80 but you have to get 2 of the same flavour. Why can't he mix n match.he says you can in cass.

Nothing short of a disgrace that a shop can charge £2.69 for a bag of squashies and £3.20 for a bag of Cadburys Dairy Milk Buttons.To top this off when I paid for my order the cheerful chap behind the counter looked at me in disgust that I was paying with change. He must be used to people paying by cheque, bank transfer or Klarna in order to pay for their purchases.Shops like these need to get better suppliers or close rather than robbing the good people of this city.

Very rude, poor customer service. The guy couldn't be bothered to help. The coffee machine didn't dispense milk and he argued that I selected the wrong coffee and told me if iont like it tip it away and don't take another one! Avoid this place, they don't deserve business

Had an issue some months ago when I pre-paid for fuel - after payment I attempted to fill up and none of the pumps would give out diesel. I think they had run out. I'm not sure why they let me pre-pay knowing this. They were unable to process a repayment to my card despite calls by the person on the counter to their manager. I had to return a few days later to be refunded in cash - unnecessary hassle and inconvenience.
