Your hair does not belong in my sub.I Went to the store to complain, staff said the managers don't come this late ( like it is my fault to complain at this time but not some ones fault to let the hair my food) staff didn't even apologise. The foot long sub that I paid for went straight into the bin with no offer for a new one or refund. Staff need urgent training on hygiene, communication skills and customer service. Mangers please act accordingly.

The chicken teriyaki wasn’t toast which ruined my whole meal, the wedges, hash browns and chicken nachos no I ordered were cold. I was well and truly disappointed and dissatisfied with my order, especially because I spent over £20 on subway which doesn’t happen often.

Jeees! Four members of staff on the counter and not one of them has a clue. Top that off with a lack of understanding of cross contamination and food hygiene.Despite having to repeat my order three times. I eventually had to walk away without lunch. Staff touching their mouths and hair and then proceeding to touch ingredients.Moving items around that had fallen from one container to another.Any customer could be intolerant or reactive to one or other Ingredients. They didn’t seem to care.The initial person (for bread) didn’t even listen to what I wanted and then handed over to someone else who asked me to repeat my order twice. Meanwhile, they stop what they’re doing to all read one order ticket that came through from an online order.My sandwich eventually goes into the oven and once they open it comes out like black dust.That was the final straw for me. Went to Greggs instead!

Ordered online through Just Eat. The food arrived warm, packaged well and came with everything we ordered online. They also wrote on the packaging what the subs were and they put the sauces on for you here. At other subways we have experienced ordering online, they didn't label the subs and the sauces came in a clear plastic tub aswell as the subs which we requested toasted and expected to be warm on arrival were in fact cold. So this is the subway we will be ordering from again because they prepare and dispatch perfectly.

If your the franchise owner and reading this, I’d sack all the staff and start again! Rude and disgraceful! Prefer to chat to each other in the back rather than serve, waited a long time and ended up going elsewhere
