I love the broughton lane one more time but that moss side one is deaddd . the staff take orders over the counter whilst blasting loud (noise) wouldn’t even call it music and you can’t hear what each other are saying , had to repeat myself 3 times before the rude woman heard me . The young black girl she’s worked with sunrise for a while now and she’s got a bad bad attitude towards customers. Peppered steak is chewy 75% of time .. who wants to have to chew thru steak and I mean chew like it’s a rubbery dog toy . It should fall apart not make squeaking noises whilst chewing it between teeth ?.. fix up and start getting better meat from a proper butchers . Gonna stop going for a few months I think

This place a total joke!!!! Pre ordered 4 hours before, too make sure everything wasn't sold out..... Only too then be told the receipt comes through 10 mins before your scheduled time, which then obviously nothing was available... Was then told to update order whichbi did. Then order was cancelled. So i called restaurant too be told my order hadnt come through!!!! Was fuming ? then basically had to go through the uber app again to order whatever was available. Waiting said order received preparing order waiting for delivery person..... Then to be told delivery person cancelled order ha ha joke man!!definitely wont be ordering again from this place..... Ordered guarra gurara chops much nicer anyway sorry but had to be said. Not even a sorry from you!!!! Bad bad service.

I visited this kitchen on the basis of good reviews, and I can recommend it for myself. The food was fresh and excellently prepared. Both the chicken and the beef were fantastically prepared, falling apart in the mouth. The rice was just the way I personally like it. The interior space was not so welcoming (clean). Also, some of the older photos show seating and there is no seating and only takeaway is working at the moment.
No food that I wanted would not recommend it to anyone better places than this will not be going back food I got was not nice only the scraps from the bottom of the

Portion sizes are horrendously small!! Prices are so high. You can get 2 person meals from elsewhere. Used to be a good shop. Jerk chicken small size chicken, very dry inside. Not slow cooked like years before. Customer service has gone so down hill. What’s wrong with you guys. Serving with angry faces. Prices and portion sizes are the worst thing about this place.

wow what has happened to this place!? for the last few years ive been coming weekly the place was great, The food was like no other all the staff was friendly and polite even in 30 degree heat with huge cues waiting for food.BUT for the last, lets say 3 months its really gone downhill!The newish young"ish staff are really arrogant! there sighing at me they look at me like they dislike me im yet to see a smile or a hello its just "what do you want" they refuse to sell chips anymore. the portion sizes are small all the chickens are the small sizes not the medium-big included anymore. white rice is clumped together and soggy. by the way this isnt a review for other customers this is a message to the owner the main person in charge fix this place before its too late. you pay ur staff good money they should be representing your business with more grattitude. i will remove this post when the place has improved.customer service ?portion size ?Fries?Music too low?
