Shocking customer service. Food was ok. Will it buy a takeaway out again!

Used to be good , asked for special chow mein, got home given just chicken chow mein, went again chips were awful, gave it another chance, ordered sausage rice chips curry, got home the sausage was off, seemed to have defrosted and frozen again, chips full of black eyes and tasted rotten, not good, had a sleepless night on and off the toilet, standards have dropped forgot to mention my partner's food cold three weeks running, we will not be going again. right, let me explain. SO i had a seaweed combo and 2 portions of chips. I had some egg fried rice and inside it i saw a long slithery metal and it nearly made me gag. My daughter couldn't finish the food and my husband said that the chips were the driest thing he ever tasted. My daughter also said that the salt and pepper chicken was very dry, uncooked and salty. I tried the sweetcorn soup and it was literally sweetcorn and water mixed together in an ice cream pot. I could not eat it. Also, the staff were extremely rude. I sat on one of their greasy chairs and the person at the desk told me off. Like if i wanted to sit on their chairs. In the waiting area, I saw flies flying everywhere, floors slippery and even dead flies on the windowsills. The air was musty and I felt like i wanted to puke after staying there. I wish i had never came here and went to a different fish and chips

These people are disgusting human beings never ever go to this place have a look around the back they don’t have any hygiene policies at allAnd they assaulted my granddaughterMy g daughter was at the shop next door with friends and a friend used one of their cheap nasty plastic chairs the man an woman came out and assaulted my 14 year old daughter this is disgusting and they will pay the Salford wayStay away unless the food poisoning

I only gave 4 star because sometimes the language barrier could be difficult ( I'm not the best at listening carefully), hence 4 star not because of service or anything because staff are always pleasant.

Got a salt and and pepper box b 20 pound supposed to be for 2 the portion is for a mouse what a rip of don’t come to this takeaway they are also rude money robbing in my eyes

Ordered beef in chilli & garlic more like beef in dirty dishwater. Chips were reheated hard and crispy. Worse £20 I've ever spent
