We’ve been coming here for years and it’s always our go to when dining out, we can’t fault it the ambience and Staff are always nice and the food is just excellent i always start with the pate, then the featherblade of beef which just melts in your mouth it’s delicious not always have room for desert but the creme brûlée is lush and overall the presentation of every dish is impeccable.

Deffinelt recommend and go again very very soon.Parking: Absolutely loads of parking and very secure.Kid-friendliness: My children loved it here, they wasn't bothered about a bit of food in the floor from the little ones. High chair available.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a step in the front but you can walk down the garden side on the path which is alls flat where wheel chairs can come in amazing place don't miss it.

On the odd occasions when I'm up in that neck of the woods visiting relations, I've always found the Owls a reasonably good place to eat..

Family meal and the food was great but could do with better drinks service. A bit slow but otherwise brilliant.

The Owls has been a firm favourite with my family and I for many years and we love dining here. It's always really good value and the surroundings are lovely. It's homely and cosy. Popped in for a Sunday evening meal and enjoyed chicken paté, glass of red wine, a hearty roast beef and Yorkshire pud - served with plenty of roast potatoes! Finished off with a hot chocolate as I was too full for a dessert! Wigan Road was blocked due to a flood at the time, but after a mad dash through Coppull we just made it on time, much to our relief!

Meal was virtually cold, seemed like frozen veg, potatoes, most annoying thing was bill was £34 we gave £40 and was then asked did we want the change, that was bad, won't be going there again.
