This is the first time I've ordered from Tim's pizza & Kebab house and I really enjoyed the experience.From placing the order, to delivery, my food came in 30 minutes. The garlic bread, 1/2 pound burger and mozzarella sticks were all piping hot and you could tell it had been freshly made.Everything tasted great, and they very kindly did my garlic bread 1/2 cheese & 1/2 tomato as per my request! I'm looking forward to trying the kebabs next after struggling to find a good one locally!I will definitely be ordering from here, or picking up food when passing in the future

No I’m not want to leave reviews however most food is okay at best these days. The kebab I just had from this place is the best kebab I’ve had in 15 years. It was a chicken sheesh with the salad, the home-made mild chilli sauce with a little bit of plain mayonnaise Absolutely outstanding, it comes with a perfect thin naan , I’m going again tomorrow

Have been consistently good, over a dozen visits over a couple of years never been let down.I usually call in early evening, good set of lads and food cooked to order, fresh and delicious- unable to comment on delivery.Park on Pole St car park and walk to it.Tims Special Kebab will feed 4 just order an extra couple of pittas ?

I'm 51 and have had takeaway in a lot of places. In addition ive lived in this village all my life. It saddens me that I have to rate this as even a 1. I doesn't deserve that from what I experience this evening.Let's just say if your a young woman or group of young girls, your service will be good "in your eyes".35 minutes after ordering and seeing some of my meal being wrapped 15 minutes before some other clients came in, I went home and opened up a part cold, meal which was disgustingly prepared with no thought for the end consumer.It annoys me how places like this stay open by relying on drunk people wandering in who just want food, not good food, just food!I will not be returning, not ever. First and last for me.I like trying a different place to others I may have tried before.... But, it didn't work out for us on this occasion

I have ordered from Tim's for a couple of years and have generally been satisfied. I don't like leaving negative reviews as I am aware of the potential harm this can cause to small businesses. On this occasion I feel justified in making a genuine review. I ordered a Tim's special kebab via telephone on 7th April and had the misfortune of speaking to a very rude member of staff. He appeared disinterested and I had to give out my address several times. I was advised that the meal would be delivered within 40 minutes, (only 3 miles away.) After an hour I called Tim's as the meal hadn't arrived and was literally shouted by staff that "it's on it's way!" This was true as the driver pulled up with the kebab. My husband went to pay the driver and commented that we'd had to wait longer than 40 minutes. The young man started to argue saying "nah mate, it's not been that long." I recognised the voice as the person who had taken the original call. My husband then argued back saying we had the time logged on my phone and it was definitely more than 40 minutes. Again the driver continued to be combative and argumentative and left. Then we discovered the order was incomplete. What a shame. Will not order from them again.
