Had a latte from here recently. It was the worst latte I've had. It tasted like dishwater. Staff need to taste their coffee and improve on it. Why does all Costa coffee shops coffee taste different. They should compare with the Trafford Centre in Next. So much better in there. Never seem to have anything new in sandwiches.

If you're a fan of Costa the Poynton branch is as good as any clean staff Pleasant products predictable and consistent. I'm not a huge fan of the multinational chains and think they are expensive and overrated what they do do would much prefer to use a local private coffee shop for Stanley and this time 9 are available

Great coffee staff are brilliant couldnt go to a better coffee shop and it's so clean as for the staff checking people if they are the same household it's not for the staff to ask as they would proberly just get abused. if it concerned you that much then why didn't you ask then. people are to quick to blame staff when all there doing is trying to earn a living without keyboard warriors putting reviews about stuff that is out of there hands. Sad people have nothing better to do than slag off shops where the staff all work extremely hard and make you welcome.

I parked in Waitrose for a few minutes when I called in here. There are seats outside in the nicer weather.

The two stars nothing to do with the poor girl behind the counter, she was lovely.. but for gods sake does her manager not read the local news.. Poynton 10km race.. Lots of people for a couple of hours first thing on Sunday.. poor girl on her own.. Durrr
