From many Costa Coffee places I have visited few have made such a lovely impression than this one. Cleanliness, service and quality are there in abundance. I looked around for a worthy plaque for award in service to customer but amazed that none around.....Costa you have to send them a worthy notice. No staff names as all were first class and so welcoming.\\nI tip my hat ( ok Cap) to you all xxxx
We have been going to Costa Cheadle for 2 years and always had a good experience and fantastic customer service. Very clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly, polite and accommodating. Despite how busy the place is, David is fast when serving customers and always smiling with customers, going round and making sure customers got what they want, and if they need more drinks. Thanks for making us feel welcome every time we visit. All the best
