Went as a family of 9 on New Year's Eve. Food was good and service ok for the most part, however we were asked to leave after 1 hour 30 minutes, just after we had been served coffees, so they could 'get the table ready for the next guests'; and a few minutes later a different waiter asked us if we could hurry up as the next guests' were waiting at the door! We had not been informed when booking that we only had the table for a set time. If we were aware we wouldn't have ordered coffees! We paid a considerable amount of money and don't feel it is good customer service to rush a family gathering in this way. It wasn't even that we were just sat chatting, we had literally only just been served coffees! We did have a good evening but would not book this restaurant again in the future and would advise people to check their time allocation when booking!

Had a 7 year olds birthday party here on a Saturday morning. The kids loved it. The 2 party staff were great. Kids made their own pizzas. Memorable party

The meal was nice, but the coffees were tepid at best.Kid-friendliness: Good for kids, cute menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp at the back, no stairs within. Bit narrow in parts but copeable.

Staff were lovely, friendly and attentive. Food was superb. Best choice of gluten free pizzas! My favourite dish of the night was the chilli prawns starter, but it was all delicious ?

Visited on a Wednesday night at 7:30pm. We had booked a table and upon arrival we were seated straight away. The restaurant was quiet. The food was delicious!! We did get the waiters name but he was great; helpful, friendly and attentive. Good value for money. Clean restaurant and toilets. Will definitely return.

We booked a table for yesterday at 6pm. We were sat down and ignored. After getting out own menus and waiting 15 minutes for a waiter, we finally had our order taken. We then waited 50 minutes for our food to arrive by which time our young children were over tired and not hungry. In the meantime, 3 take away orders were collected right in front of our eyes. The staff were all working hard but the place was hugely under staffed!!!Why on earth when you can't serve your customers in the restaurant would you prioritise take aways??Very poor!

Was a very good experience with my little niece, they went out of the way and found extra pencils so she could also colour, they were brilliant with my niece and very acomadating when she wanted an extra drink before it was needed. Brillant service just a little slow taking our order but it was busy.

Despite everything being nice, I find Pizza Express too expensive for Pizza. I can find other restaurants with equally good pizza for much cheaper. Also, many of the pizzas include spice, which my wife didn't enjoy as much as me.

Food was okay, waiter cleared our plates before we had all finished. Pizza was very thin though and not much toppings either for the price you pay would recommend a take away pizza over this better value for money.

The person who served us was great, but there was another server working mostly the outside constantly coughing, apart from the constant coughing everything was good,

Everything you'd expect from. Pizza Express in smart spacious surroundings. Fairly easy parking behind. Fast efficient service but perhaps lacking in a bit of atmosphere though we were eating early.
