By far the best bar in Poynton. Friendly staff and great choice of drinks.... especially gin! Oh and they welcome dogs too! No question it's the place to go.Also they do amazing cocktails ? ?
Best pub in Poynton serving an excellent range of locally brewed beers. I recommend Long Hop if you enjoy a hoppy ale. Sadly I can't go any more because there is no disabled toilet and I cannot get up and down the long flight of stairs to the toilets.

We didn't have food but I didn't want to drop stars. We were pleasantly surprised at the Cask. Lots of ales and other drinks including Kombucha - which I hadn't spotted until after I ordered a gin. Next time. A great alternative to alcoholic drinks for me. A lovely addition to the village. See you again soon.
