“Stayed here for a couple of nights on a business trip. The service was impeccable. The hotel was immaculate and the room was exquisite, comfortable and had everything I needed. I paid for a package which included breakfast, and it was delicious.. I was greeted by the restaurant manager in the morning who made me feel very welcome and made sure that I was well looked after. Great customer service from all the staff in the restaurant. However the star of the trip was a young man called Josh (hotel porter). He did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. He encapsulated everything good customer service should, nothing was too much trouble for him extremely professional and passionate about his role. Thank you!”
