All the food from here is well cooked and hot when received, this also includes delivery. The beverages are good and they have a great cold selection. The staff are great both in the cafe and the delivery guys. I love eating here and most of my friends and wife love this place too.Wheelchair accessibility: Is a little bit tricky to get in the door but possible, my wife is in a wheelchair.

All our food was full of beard hair was even in the garlic bread and the Paninis we rang up to tell them not even to ask for the food replacing just to let them know they started laughing down the phone and said what u want me to do about it laughing and joking in there language it’s gone downhill real bad no one eat from here ever again

The food is lovely from there even via takeaway. Unfortunately the customer service is a bit hap hazard. Eaten in twice and they have forgotten drinks and food to the table each time. Takeaway tonight, we got someone else’s order. Called straight away and they were very dismissive on the phone.The food was still lovely despite the admin errors when it arrived.

We went in expecting nothing. Hung-over on the doors of hells gate. We heard the food calling our name. Brilliant atmosphere and brilliant food, it's a yes from me.
Had a great time here, the prices were great, and service and staff were very nice. The dessert was fantastic too!

Ordered tonight, was given a delivery time, waited an hour past that phoned back and they said it was on the way to us, rang back 15 minutes later they said it will be another 20 minutes and hadn’t even left even though they told us it was on the way 15 minutes earlier and we live 2 minutes away, the employee wouldn’t even let me speak was speaking over me really rude and arrogant and didn’t care what I was trying to say, we order every single week from here but this will be the last time. Shocking service will be trying somewhere new as of today. When we did eventually get it the food had a hair on it which put me off it completely and I Could tell the food had been sat there as well wasn’t as good as usual. Really dissappointing.
