My order was fantastic thank you very much!!

Really bad today. Pizza was stretched so thinly that it was like a poppadom, even though we ordered classic crust. Pizza was a little overcooked and quite dry. It was quite greasy too. For the price of £22, it was a massive rip off and we will certainly not be ordering again.

The customer service is 5/5. The man that delivered my food was very polite, as was the person on the phone. The food is average . The pizza was fresh but bland. Cheese had zero taste! All them chemicals in the cheese for it to taste of nothing lol. Also 3 pepperoni per slice isn't a pepperoni feast or what is advertised online.Cheesy Garlic bread wasn't very Cheesey the wedges were alright.Pizza Hut is a huge global chain, they should invest is fresh ingredients or at least better quality mass produced ingredients.Overall I wouldn't order food from here again but the staff are very pleasant.

It felt like they were doing you some sort of favour rather than a service.

Honestly don't know why this place is 3.2 stars, every order has been sat down in restaurant quality and delivery guy is polite

Ali was very very helpful, gave me good advise on which pizza to order. He was very friendly and immediately my opinion an asset to the business. Get that man a pay rise!

Actually went in for our order, have ordered several times for delivery, but always seems to be slightly wrong! But this time spot on! Great service fresh hot and fast!

I've ordered numerous times from here & on the main my orders have been successful. Today I made a large order which was spot on & the beyond pizza was really good & I would highly recommend others to try them if you're vegetarian or just trying to reduce meat intake as they are really tasty. Delivery always quick & enjoy getting a free side with the hut reward points.

Probably one of the worse pizzas I've ever had....I decided to go here instead of Dominos as they're quite expensive...now I know why. They brought a mottled disc they named 'The Mighty One' which was actually 'The Mighty Dry as a Bone, Tasteless One'. It was about as appetising as a round woven hearth rug. The pepperoni was almost burnt to a crisp and I nearly lost a tooth on the bland chicken pieces. No taste whatsoever except some kind of unpleasant spicy aftertaste with the rest tasting like cardboard. The bottom of the pizza was that hard I could make a knocking sound on it with my fist, and the crust was even harder & slightly burnt with me chewing on it for an age like Daisy the Cow chewing on a cud. I paid for an extra dip, which they didn't bring and their 'hot & spicy' chicken strips were just edible and about as 'hot & spicy' as an after dinner mint. Their dips are borrower size and tasted funky to me. I would have paid the extra pounds for a Domino...lesson learned. They're motto is 'a smile in every slice'...My motto after eating one of their pizzas is, 'a grimace in every slice' after the £17.53 I paid for this muck. I've a good mind to ask for a refund. Never again. I ended up throwing most of the pizza away. A waste of money and they also don't answer the phone when you ring. I wonder why...?

Staff were friendly. I'm a big fan of pizza hut on he whole as dont think I have ever had a bad one. Until today. The pizza was over cooked and not to the pizza hut standard expected.Disappointing ?

Veg Supreme pizza was a 10/10. I asked if they could swap toppings on the pizza as it didn't allow through the website and they did no problem. The addition of garlic on the crust was a nice touch.I would recommend ordering over the phone/in person and collecting your food as it's always piping hot.I've noticed Pizza Hut deals are always better in value than Dominos and other pizza franchises.

Whilst the pizza and sides tasted fab they sadly missed the dessert of the order. It arrived at 7pm on 4th July and upon me questioning the missing item the driver headed back to his car to 'check it hadn't fallen out' and it is now 6pm 5th July and the driver still hasn't returned so I assume he couldn't find it. I rang to let them know to be told 'they hadn't seen it on the order but I'm pretty sure that item is out of stock anyway' whilst they offered an alternative, I just wanted a refund at that point rather than waiting around for the driver to appear again.I was told I'd have to find the customer service number on google and it would take a lot of scrolling (it didn't but that is what I was told). Customer services got back to me offering me a £10 e-voucher.. I had simply asked for my £5.99 to just be refunded to my card but this voucher is 'a goodwill gesture'. In short their error has now cost me more because to use the £10 voucher I need to spend £12.99 to deliver and pay £1 for the delivery. In sort, I'll probably stick with Dominos, Papa Johns or just the local pizza house for future takeaways!
