I had a lovely evening celebrating my 60th birthday here with my family. The service was very good and our waitress, Isla, was very pleasant, helpful and friendly. I was presented with a birthday cake at the end of the meal, and the staff sang Happy birthday to me. It was a very special evening. The food is excellent and I would highly recommend visiting here.

The Plough Inn Croft

What more can I say about this place - 5⭐ in all aspects - food, service & atmosphere. The regulars are also very friendly making the whole experience even better. Dog friendly too.

Amans Lowton

While working locally, I found this place online. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. The food I ordered was just as I like it, very tasty. A pleasure to use the Amans and I know that I will go back when next in the area. I have recommended this place to other people and to whoever reads this review.

Wok In Chippy

Brilliant takeaway couldn’t recommend enough! Lovely customer service greeted at the counter by a friendly young man who was very patient and was able to explain the menu thoroughly and clearly. Best customer service I have ever experienced!!

Bubbles Takeaway

We have ordered a takeaway from here half a dozen times and decided to eat in tonight. I have been meaning to review these guys for a while as the food is outstanding. If you’re looking for authentic Hong Kong food and you don’t mind being adventurous, then this is the place for you and you won’t be disappointed. Stand out dishes for us include, the beef short rib on the bone, in black pepper sauce & salt and pepper pork chops. In addition to the delicious food, the the lady who hosts is very hospitable and welcoming. Love this place!

Shepherds Inn

Lovely traditional pub with cosy fireplace. Had my nans wake here and the staff were so accommodating and everyone commented how great the buffet was (especially the pork pies!)Definitely recommend

Ordered delivery and it came unbelievably quick, everything was delicious as always, this is the only chippy we will go to, the best around and the staff are all lovely ❤️ never had a bad meal here

Kebab King

First time ordering from here. I rarely have takeaways now and it’s hard to find good ones!. This is one of the good ones! The pizza was quality. Burger very nice too! My partner enjoyed their kebab and chips. Would definitely be going here again

Wok's Cooking

The best takeaway in the area. Always pipping hot and flavourful. Nice folk run it. And they've got some fabulous money trees ? on display.
Plenty if parking round the back of the building.

Popped in whilst staying at the nearby Travelodge.
Service was efficient and friendly with a good choice of drinks.
The place was jumping with the quiz on.
Seemed a friendly local pub.

The Rams Head

A cozy little pub, even if the inside is a bit of a maze! It's got a really warm and inviting feel, though. We popped in during the summer and the beer garden was buzzing with a younger crowd. Good atmosphere for a relaxed drink!

The Imperial Court

Had banquet for 2. Lovely. All lovely and hot. Plenty of meat in main dishes. Prawn toast, samosas and rolls fresh and crisp. Char Sui Cantonese so tasty. Won’t choose chicken and Chinese leaves again as rather bland but plenty of meat. All securely packed. Super service by staff - above and beyond. Def worth the money. Will use again. Thank you

Ye Olde Red Lion

Very nice indian food, the other day tried the English traditional mains and was very good. Today for the first time I ate indian food and loved it. I can't stand spicy food but this waiter was so nice and explained what to eat that is not spicy at all. Very relaxing ambiance and very helpful staff. Definitely I'll recommend it

The food was excellent.
The staff are very efficient too, no standing around waiting but constantly doing something.
Prices are very fair.
Would highly recommend ordering anything from the menu here.

Customer service is far better than most places, workers went beyond to make sure the food given to people were the right order and that everything was up to standard

not to mention the cheesy chips are some of the best i’ve ever had

Culcheth Fish & Grill

I called in here at tea time today for the first time in years. Ordered fish and chips and sausage and chips. They were gorgeous. Was surprised at the negative reviews. Perhaps it's improved.Parking: Bit tight on the car park but it was peak traffic time.

Village Pizza Culcheth

Lovely food every time. Best takeaway pizza I've had - I choose this place over dominoes. See people making reviews about the place being cash only.... just a thought, if you go once and its cash only then why do you turn up the next week without cash? Great food and friendly service, highly recommended.

I need to say, we ordered and the meal was not as stated on the menu.

When I called to ask why it didn't include all what we expected, Walter stepped in and apologised as this was an unforseen error.
