Warrington Rd, High Legh, KnutsfordWe went for a late lunch here, we booked in advance & I would recommend doing that as it was very busy. It is very clean & the service was good.They had different menus you could choose from including gluten free & vegan. My son (3) is allergic to dairy so I often choose from the vegan menu & it had a good selection. 18 The Cross, LymmSunday 24th March 2024We popped in for Sunday lunch today and it was lovely.I had the 3 meat roast which was really nice. There is also a full menu available.The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was great value and couldn’t be faulted.Highly recommended, will definitely be going again :)Thanks girls!

32 The Cross, LymmCosy little drinking pub with great beers and a lovely atmosphere. Sports room at the back and roaring fire at the front. Doesn't do food but think this would ruin the vibe anyway.

2 Pepper St., LymmBooked for 5pm, 12 of us was going, 1 in a wheelchair. In the time we were there, they were 6 other birthday parties. Everyone single one gad a fuss made of them. We didn't feel rushed, and service wasn't slow.Parking: Parking is just around the corner.Kid-friendliness: There were quite a few children there. You can ask for a children's menu. There is a good selection of soft drinks for them.Wheelchair accessibility: You have to let them know before if you have a wheelchair, the only downside is, the toilet is up two steps.

269 Higher Ln., LymmExcellent experiences are usually unplanned. We called in here with my grandson after a walk in Dunham Massey.Pleasantly surprised by both the quality and price of the food. Nice clean pub too.The owner ran off her feet trying to serve everyone as she hadn't called in staff because she had few bookings.Most people must have called in like us.Reviews of the Sunday lunch are excellent so will book for a fortnights time with the rest of the family.

14 Eagle Brow, LymmThe Coffee House Lymm is a cozy cafe, which provides delicious food. I really wanted to eat the All day breakfast, however, I definitely cannot finish the full one and I don't want to waste the food. Hence, I asked the waitress if I could order the kids size (lite one) cos the full one would be too much and too heavy for me. She is so friendly and say yes. I love their service, coffee and food. Thumb up!

1 Brookfield Rd, LymmI have 2 young children so this place is gold! The staff and friendly and engaging there is a toddler group that is super friendly. Sanctuary is the perfect name as when you walk in a sense of calm surrounds you. A real find.

15 Booth's Hill Rd, LymmRecently done up. Very nice new design feels much more up to date and the change of the position of the bar makes it feel much more open. Staff pleasant and friendly. Good selection of beers.Food on the other hand was pretty pants. Kids pizza appears to be microwaved Chicago town or something cheaper with a few greasy chips. Burger wasn't as bad, definitely not made on site, decent prepackaged burger...Seems odd that the food is so good at the spread eagle and so bad here.Will be going back again, but only for drinksUpdate:Have been back quite a few times since previous review. The food is definitely better now, the staff and everything else still decent.Started live music on Fridays so can be a bit busier / noisier than usual.In response to owner reply:The original review at the top was from some time ago. Perhaps it wasn't clear that I had updated the review (to be more positive) and increased star rating.

47 Eagle Brow, LymmHad a birthday meal for my dad s 80th birthday. A party of 14 people. We had a lovely table. The staff we really lovely and helpful and made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Although very busy the food was really lovely and lots of choice. Took our own birthday cake and the staff helped with this and made my Dad feel very special. Would recommend and would definitely dine there again. Thankyou to all the staff for helping to make my dad's birthday a lovely as it was.

14A The Cross, LymmI was visiting my brother (I live in Wolverhampton) and he treated me to a burger from here - the most incredible chicken fillet burger I have had in recent times. Well cooked, seasoned, a nice delicate bun. Finger licking good.

64 Star Ln, Cheshire, LymmI stopped off with family yesterday afternoon after a long bike ride. A pint of ale was very well earned! We decided to get food whilst there, heating that they’d started serving food over the weekend. Between my family and I we had the soft shell tacos, nachos, fish cakes, veggie spring rolls, loaded fries, halloumi fries (absolutely the best I’ve ever had anywhere!). Super impressed with the food, service and staff. Great pub, and if you’re on the Trans-pennine pass round Lymm, definitely stop by!

Halliwell's Brow, High Legh, KnutsfordWOW called in for a quick coffee plus and can honestly say the place was heaving must be the half term holiday as lots of grans and grandchildren but even so 5stars all round.Vegetarian options: Always one option available on main selection.

15 The Cross, LymmI eat here once a week. It is consistently fantastic . The meat is always very fresh, the flavours are incredible and they always oblige my request of extra extra coriander. The staff are amazing and always so friendly. I mostly get take out but eat in regularly also, and so I recommend either option. Only advice is to order early on a Saturday as they’re obviously busier at weekends so need a little longer to deliver.
