I called in here at tea time today for the first time in years. Ordered fish and chips and sausage and chips. They were gorgeous. Was surprised at the negative reviews. Perhaps it's improved.Parking: Bit tight on the car park but it was peak traffic time.

If you can’t even get a chip barm right you might aswell pack in, chips where hard a rubbery, probably re heats.

5 star rating, the food hygiene officer must of been wearing a blind fold, we bought 2 meals from here tonight and I'm now throwing up, get some degreaser and scrub them bloody floors and every were else absolutely disgusting place.

Absolutley disgusting fish and chips. Both fish and chips sodden with oil. Bought a chicken kebab thought that may be better. Again hugely disappointed, Chicken dry and over cooked, tastes purely of salt. Don't bother!Parking: Parking sufficient

Terrible experience in Culcheth fish and grill this evening. Middle aged man (who I assume is the manager or owner) talking terribly to young lad who worked there. He spoke to him like something he had stepped in! Shocking, belittling, bullying behaviour. It got so bad I felt it necessary to say something to the man, the young lad looked a nervous wreck and really was trying his best! Horrible bully! Will not be returning!

Another 20 odd quid thrown in the bin. Kids called it sweaty, sums it up perfectly .
Portions of chips getting smaller and smaller.... commented a year ago, and you replied that it was noted and now even smaller !!! Get more chips with a kids meal !! .... barely covered the bottom of the tray ..

Saturday 12 :15 ordered fish and chips x2 chip were dry and uneatable 1 fish had no batter and under cooked other had batter but was dry didn't taste like cod.£15 in the bin
