Did not look great from the outside but really well kept with friendly staff

Probably one of the worst Premier Inns I've ever been in. Staff were great but the hotel is old and run down. You can hear people talking in the next room at 1am or people walking in the room above far more than any other hotel I've been in. The heating kept making a loud clicking noise when coming on through the night, really annoying. Worst sleep I've had in a hotel, ever. Carpets, furniture and bathroom were noticably dated. Bed was fine and seemed a recently updated mattress. Won't be using this place again.

As I would expect a premier inn to be. Good location and plenty of parking.

Exactly what you’d expect from premier inn; that’s how they operate. Familiarity. The staff I encountered were nice people, heater didn’t work in my room, the lady on the desk immediately responded, sorting it out on the spot.Breakfast ingredients pretty gross, as usual, but served by friendly cheerful folk.I always have a slight lunchtime regret after a premier inn breakfast, when the guy is trying to process the stodginess. Not sure why Premier inn can’t source free range eggs or decent bread or bacon; they must have enormous spending power. If they improved their basic food quality it would improve the experience. You get what you pay for and it is what it is.Was comfy bed and room once the heating was sorted.Although close to a busy A-road, it was set back enough so I wasn’t bothered too much by the traffic. You might want to ask for a room at the back of the building if you are a light sleeper??

Premier inn are predictably the same where ever you go, which is excellent. 5 stars to Sue, who was on reception. She was awesome. Nothing was too much bother for us. She really helped to make our stay special. The location was easy to find. There is a beefeater type place adjoining the Inn plus a McDonald’s just 50 meters away.Rooms: SpaciousSafety: Fire doors all shut. Great news.Noteworthy details: The staff were excellent

American visitors stayed here for 5 nights and were very comfortable. Rooms very clean and above average. All staff very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed their breakfast at Stone Cross next door and again found the staff to be helpful and friendly

Standard Premier Inn. Beds have just been renewed in the last few months. Good size TV and rooms are clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is provided by a Table Table pub next door. The food is reasonably priced but quality can be hit or miss. Breakfast is poor quality and I tend to miss it when staying here. Lytic seen to have jumped quite a bit since covid.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, we had pre booked to have breakfast which is served in the pub right next door. The room was as expected for a premier Inn, clean and functional.

Clean rooms, large TV, very friendly and helpfull staff. It was the issue but was sorted straight away. Great access from main road, and good surroundings for walking.
