The guy in charge there needs sacking. Obnoxious, rude, I asked for the (as much salad u like) seperate as my son won’t eat it on the bread. I only wanted lettuce onion and peppers. Not a box full just what I’d of got on the sun. He said no I have to pay for a full salad. I left the sub and the shop and will never step foot in there again! Jobsworth springs to mind. The girl said yes I can put in a tub he shot her a look of disgust and said no we won’t. ?

Dont know where to begin with this place, firstly the guy making my sandwich asked for my partners permission to make the sub I wanted and asked for?? My partner was confused and said yes not sure why the staff member felt like I had to get partners permission to eat what I wanted?I asked for extra cheese which for some reason was so unbelievable I had to ask 5 times before the guy took the look of shock off his face and actually started making my sandwich.Next the Manger Ash stood around while I was waiting for him to wrap my sandwich. I had to ask him to because he was so busy talking. When he finally did instead of finishing my order he stopped mid way through and began topping my partners instead.The girl at the till just stood idle as my sandwich got cold. We was going to pay separately as I was hungry (which I told them several times but it landed on deaf ears) but because they was so disorganised and took so long with my order we ended up just paying together which rounded up to £20 for 2 sandwiches, we always get the same order so we knew they had over charged us.The worst service I've experienced in my entire life.

ASH YOU’RE MANAGER!!! Wants SACKING ! There’s rude then there is HIM!! Asked for two salads one with just lettuce one with everything else he then spoke to me like I was thick he then told me to stop talking because he was making my salad I was trying to tell him what salad I wanted then a woman that was at the till said could she add a chicken sud on and he said no you’re too late so yet again rude as out I then said I only wanted Mayo on the chicken salad nothing else he then started moaning so it’s only Mayo nothing else why giving me the most horrible look ever! I then went to the other man and asked for an ice tea with one of the meals and yet again ash the manger gave me a black look only reason I didn’t walk out was because I was in a rush that was the subway I used often but never ever again will I step foot in there ! I’ll also be reporting to head office because he is beyond a joke if you don’t like your job ASH don’t work there because your customer service skills are disgusting!!! AVOID this subway !!!

No brown bread. Rationed the salad. Teriyaki wasnt pre mixed so chunks of plain chicken and tones of sauce.Frustrating because all the subways local aren't up to standard.Minimum sides i.e. no hash brownsOver charged the debit card. Realised once home not worth going back

Order from here quite a lot via Uber eats normally always fine and come pretty fast however ordered on Monday 5th came with missing drink driver said they hadn’t give him the drink sorted it via the app to get a refund. A few occasions they’ve given me a different crisp or biscuit which I don’t mind as I’m gonna assume they have ran out

Rude, unprofessional staff, only put half portions on subway. Laughed when I asked for a proper portion. Walked out as I was disgusted with there attitude. Went to retail park and staff there where so much more professional.
