Always nice food here.Fitted us in at very short notice after being let down at another establishment.Service was prompt and friendly.I had the steak and ale pie with chips and veg very hot and tasty.very cosy and warm.
Stayed in the van for one night on the way to the lake district. Good old fashioned pub with grub. Beautiful walk along the tow path in the morning before setting off on our way againParking: Campervans welcome to stay if you use the pub
