A lovely clean spacious McDonald's. Go upstairs to avoid the crowds. You can order your food up there too. The food wasn't as hot as I'd have liked it, but this is definitely one of the better restaurants.

Usually the service here isn't awful, but on the latest occasion they gave us no chips at all (4x portions), missing an apple pie, the triple cheeseburger we ordered was actually a single, two hamburgers we ordered were missing lettuce, the filet o fish was poorly made, and we didn't receive a receipt so can't go back and claim the rest of the food.

Beware, some staff are short changing! My son and his friend went in this morning for breakfast and was short-changed by £5, they disputed it and was given their £5. That's fine. Mistakes happen. But I went again this evening through the drive-thru, and it happened again, another £5. I thought I'd make the manager aware. My autistic son was then covering his face as he doesn't like being around people and she was more concerned about that and kept asking to see his face. I told her again, her staff are short changing and I just wanted to make her aware, she said "I'll have a word but they've just got back from holiday so maybe they're.. **wobbles her head**". This is no accident! Therefore I felt the need to warn others.

Yes I know it's McDonald's, but I can honestly tell you after eating these all over the UK and other parts of the world as well, this is actually probably the best one I've been to. Maybe some of those other reviews are people with grudges against the company. Don't know. All I can say is when I am looking to buy a McDonald's,This is the place I want to go.

The food here is always fine and staff are ok. My only issues are I feel that paying customers who walk through the door seem to have lowest priority when it comes to being served first. When I drive through it's so much faster. Also, I often have a toffee latte, which they make up and leave sitting while they're sorting the rest of the order. By the time I get it the cream is virtually alway melted and I always have to ask to have more added.

I only gave a 2 star for atmosphere as we used the drive through so we could sit out in the carpark. All the spaces had a bollard so we had to park round by KFC.

There’s always something wrong with the fries in this restaurant. So many in an order are limp, the wrong colour and taste horrible. Happens time and time again. Use the one in the town centre is my advice. Much nicer

Really bad experience tonight. Unfortunately, it is not the first time that food missing after the drive thru purchase. Also when I was offered a compensation, really rude staff. The person I spoke to on the phone asked me to come back to collect the missing would not come to speak to me just sending radom staff who had no idea why I was there and what was offered. I am local, but I am sure to drive next time to the Farnborough site where staff always been welcoming and never missed anything from my order.
Always hot food looks like the picture .. also is very quick using the app . I can stay in the car with out going in or round drive through . Every space on carpark has a number to enter for food to be brought out most others have a maximum of 5 spaces for this usually

Never use Just eat, mcdonalds we're really professional and had great customer service when just eat we're well over an hour late to deliver the food and the driver was a bellend..he's got a valery blue Citroen so be very wary if you see this guy around as he's aggressive and won't hesitate to try and be a bully

Went here and my god it was disgusting we went through the drive though and the person who was serving us couldn't understand what we were ordering and kept on getting the order wrong and still came away with the order wrong. Very bad service and the person who served us needs to learn better English and better customer service and also got told to go to the next window for a refund and it was really busy and the food would of been colder as it was already was. SO BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
