Ordered a breakfast on Just Eat, and the order was excepted immediately. Waited over an hour and a half for a status update, that never changed. Tried calling the store, and selected the option to speak to a member of staff, and was redirected to an automated message saying to use their online customer service or call their head office customer service, then the call disconnected from their end.Have cancelled the order and am getting McDonald's!Terrible service all around.My in store experiences have always been amongst the worst service received out of all the local supermarkets also.

Steak pie was cold in the middle pastry was still white, totally undercooked. The chips were okay, one pack of brown sauce only when I asked for it and told additional sauce 35p per pack!!! Tables were all dirty, I cleaned my own with napkins. Lady on till acted like she didn’t want to be there. I won’t be going back.

Older lady on the floor when I arrived was so rude kept shouting how she had to do everything and there wasn't enough time only one machine was running as they had already closed the others at 1:30 they don't shut till 3:30 but the lady said it was busy which made no sense I also wasn't allowed to sit where I wanted to for the same reason, then loads of people turned up so they all used whatever tables anyway. Crazy!

I stopped by on a Friday which just happened to be the 13th of October(maybe that was the issue, but the place seemed deserted)One elderly fella was finishing up his coffee and cake and I hadn’t eaten since the day before so I ordered the “Ultimate Fish & Chips”… and to be fair it arrived heck of a lot faster than I had envisaged.Have to say the fish looked the part, but the chips were horrible sticks of hardness and the peas tasteless and watery. I mean ‘What the Fudge happened here??’I know the fish and Chips used to be £4.99 and they were more than acceptable for the price, but when a supermarket ‘chooses’ to increase the price by nearly 50% and also throws in the word ‘Ultimate’ then expectations seem to increase and have to say the excitement takes ahold (it has to… right?)The meal comes with ‘one’ small complimentary sachet of the sauce of your choice and additional packets are available at 10p… what’s that all about?(My suggestion is buy a bottle of whatever sauce you fancy in the store before sitting down to enjoy any meal, trust me it’s cheaper.)Anyway have to rate the food at a lukewarm 6 out of 10….Can’t fault the service as the Nepalese staff were lovely so no complaints there.Cleanliness was not what is to be expected but overall not a totally dire experience. I won’t be recommending this place because for me it just missed the mark.

Arrived at 2pm, poured out coffee’s prior to being told that the kitchen is closed and they don’t serve hot food. No signs to state this anywhere, very disappointed and won’t be visiting again. Make sure you ask if the kitchen is open prior to committing to the place.

The quality of food terrible. If you like a ketchup and mayonnaise you can't have both,you have to pick one or another. Full English breakfast doesn't include any drink for the price you paying. All in all too expensive for what they offering with poor quality. First time tried and never again.Very disappointed with my son.

Went in today for lunch firstly no coffee both machines out of order then put food order in. The elderly lady who was on till very abrupt after my hubby mistook chilli sauce for the ketchup when she rudely replied ketchup and brown sauce are bought to the table.The only thing decent was how quick the meals were bought out

Got two mugs of tea only to find the milk was sour, opted to go with a latte from the machine which was barely warm. Ordered two adult meals - bangers and mash, mushy peas and gravy - see the photo for proof, it was smaller than the the kids meal we ordered. The mushy peas were hard and dry, no gravy available apparently, and sausages were cold, mash was smash. Kids meal was fine to be fair, hot, and plenty for a two year old. Staff were hardly around, slow service, dirty tables.
Easy to order, polite and friendly service, food was good and the price was fair. Cafe was clean and tidy. No faults.

The amount of food on offer in the cafe was ridiculous. I asked for a scone asked to wait eventually told that there were no scones. Lack of care from staff not really interested.

machine coffee that tastes of nothing but milk. breakfast never turned up after 25mins.. got told to sit and theyd bring my toast but never came... so i left....got better things to do and got better lunch elsewhere later...
