Popped in for a quick bite and a rest we both ordered a chicken bacon bbq wrap and a portion of chips plus 2 lattes the service was very quick the staff were friendly the food was lovely and it was all hot..it wasn't very busy, but its nice and clean great for a quick bite and go

Popped in Saturday before going shopping and the food was excellent. Spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly, polite and most welcoming. Service better than in restaurants. Would recommend anytime and great value.

Always enjoy my visit to this Wimpy. The staff are very welcoming and the service is second to none. The food and drinks are always brought out very quickly and hot. It is also one of the only places where what is illustrated on the menu is exactly what you get.

Probably the best Wimpy in the country.The only reason for not giving 5 stars is not this branch's fault but the constraints of Wimpy HQ not allowing Wimpy restaurants to offer fried onions in the hamburger as used to be the case back in the day until the 1980s. The caramelising of the onions during frying makes their inclusion result in the perfect hamburger imo.French mustard is the other item not offered nowadays, this, again used to be Wimpy HQ's fault but recently my understanding is that due to the EU instructing Unilever owned Colmans to stop making French Mustard on competition grounds (since Unilever aquired a French company that also makes French Mustard) the mild `English style' French mustard is no longer available.I assume this is why similar items like Essential Waitrose French mustard are also no longer available.
