It honestly won't surprise me when domino's finally go bankrupt, letting morons like this sell products under their name is a death wish.......

Franky wings & cookies are a must to try.Strippers are the best with barbeque sauce

what ever

I wasn't keen on the pizza I received, the ingredients seemed dry , I normally enjoy a dominos but this one was a disappointment, shame

Absolutely disgusting took one bite out the cheeseburger pizza and spat it out all the sides were disgusting no cheese on pizza and horrible poor quality meat! Never ordering from here again!!!

Order was an hour late from when it said it was out for delivery. Came stone cold.

The service is slow and the staff aren't too polite. The drivers are nice when delivering however they always mark the pizza as delivered about 10 minutes before it arrives.

Quick delivery for a change but the food was absolutely dreadful. This was meant to be a cheese pizza and BBQ wings. £25 too!

Dominos is a good place for party pizzas or quick food. Takeaway is not great though.

Slow delivery, and when food was received it was burnt. Called the store only to be told manager wasn’t available and we would be called back. We received no call back and had to call to chase. When the manager did finally come on the phone, he tried to claim that there was nothing wrong with the food and that all items go into their oven at the same temperature. He asked that we come to the store to help rectify the mistake THEY made. After we complained that this entire process, from delivery to issue resolution, was inadequate, he begrudgingly offered a partial refund of the order. Terrible!

I purchased 4 large pizzas from the Alton store before Christmas and it was a compete shambles from start to finish. Firstly I collected the pizzas and from the dominoes tracker it said they were ready to collect. They were not and I had to wait 15 minutes. When I challenged them on this the guy on the desk just said we are busy sorry... What's the point of the tracker Dominios?? Secondly once we finally got the pizzas and got home we found that one of the thin and crispy pizzas was completely burnt. Not a little bit but black... I complained to dominos through there website and I I got was. Sorry we apologies we haven't met your expectations this time. That's it.. We also ordered extra toppings to be applied eg there's a box where can order double the amount of cheese for example... This was never done. Papa Johns has a store adjacent to dominos and we have just gone there. My wife collected them and they even offered to help carry them to the car. They were also very nice. Dominos need to monitor their customer reviews more. I assume this Alton branch is a franchise? Surely they should have to conform to certain standards. Disappointing level of service and the attitude of the staff is disrespectful. My advice is to check the pizza before you leave and don't dare complain!!

Food was sort of warm, dough balls weren’t delivered and when we called there was no answer and when they did eventually answer, they immediately hung up, unacceptable.

Yorkshire Grounds Fella

Domino's quality, not the warmest of welcomes and bit more training needed on till and on the menu offers.

Dough balls not arrived. Pizza wasn’t hot. Customer service didn’t answer after 13 times. 3 times they answered and instantly put the phone down.
