“Went to this lovely restaurant with friends who are regulars here. All the staff and the manager, who was on chef duty that night, are so friendly, cheerful and welcoming. In particular the manager who found time to chat to us - he is clearly very passionate about the quality of the food and keen to ensure there is excellent customer service. We went on the Sunday banquet night - great value. Prawn puree - nice and spicy, butter chicken very tender and lovely soft peshawari naan. We'll be back!”

“We ordered takeaway from Alton Gurkha for the 1st time today and we weren't disappointed.
The food is amazing and there's plenty of it, enough for lunch tomorrow! The naan bread was so fresh, the best we've tried. Lots of meat in the meals and cooked to perfection.
We'll most definitely be ordering from here again.”

“Midweek dinner to celebrate a birthday, second visit and it didn't disappoint, We didn't know it was a Banquet night which sometime brings horrors of short portions.
But no it was great value, all the food was tasty well flavoured to what the menu said, so hot = stinger etc. you know Indian you get the gist. Service was extremely good, attentive and friendly.
Recommend, yes absolutely this is the best Indian a large surrounding area.”

“Having moved into the area very recently, we wanted to find our new 'go to' Indian restaurant. We arrived without booking on a very busy Sunday evening. We were still welcomed, served quickly (but not rushed), and all of our dishes were exceptional. Thank you Curry Palace for such an enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.”
