Now dog friendly throughout meaning we can take our dog best mate to our fave pub and have plenty of space. Great food choices and range of drinks. Really friendly staff.

The service was great, friendly and met with a warm.welcome. The pub is spacious and segregated to a bar, pool and darts etc and a quiet sitting and chat area where food is served. Well laid out.The food was using the same Greenking menu and was nice enough. Servings are fair but not generous, the biggest issue today was that both meals were only warm, no steam, not hot, but warm. It was mid afternoon and I suspect the kitchen was off the boil, but non-the- less food should be served as it is intended, fresh and fulfilling. My wife wanted a sweet, I was disappointed 2 of the five offerings were not available! Overall a good pub, the IPA was good a nice clean pint, tasted fresh, lines are cleaned regularly and the pint was good and pricing fair.

I needed somewhere to watch the football that also served food, the Anton Arms did not disappoint. With a warm and comfortable environment, it didn't take me long to find a seat and order a drink and some food in front of one of the TV screens displaying the match. I felt a craving for carbs so I had Hunter's topped chips and cheesy garlic bread - both were absolutely perfect, portions were great and taste was amazing and definately not an all-too-common microwave job. Staff were friendly enough and the atmosphere was top-notch.Will definately go again, 5 Stars.
