Spice Eaters is a real treat! The Chicken Dhaba was packed with flavor, and the Paneer Chilli is an absolute must-try. The Manchurian was spot on – proper Indo-Chinese done right. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Indian and Indo-Chinese dishes.

Pallavi and Paaji both were amazing and welcoming and special mention for the chef ? really loved it!

After living in Andover for a year, we really struggled to find a place that makes good pizza. We placed an order last time through Just Eat and were so pleasantly surprised with everything. From the delivery time to the looks and taste of the pizza. The ingredients were fresh and the dough was baked to perfection. We will definitely order again.

The only thing I'd love to see in the future is customization options as my partner and I do not eat pork, so the options were limited as we couldn't request for bacon to be removed (and bacon was in the majority of pizzas).

I went out for a catch‑up with two friends and we were looked after by a lovely server called Lucy, who was warm, friendly, and engaging throughout. We ordered the weekend three‑course meal deal. I had the cauliflower starter, sea bass for my main, and the double chocolate brownie for dessert. The food was very good overall, though I could tell the potatoes had been kept warm or reheated, which I tend to notice because I’m not a fan of reheated potatoes. Aside from that, everything was enjoyable. Great service, great food, and great company

Went here yesterday for Sunday dinner, I was welcomed by lovely Hannah (apologies if I’ve incorrectly spelt her name). She was so happy, she welcomed my four very young children in such a warm manner, nothing was too much for her at the bar. Most polite server and she’s a huge asset to your team! We had food and drinks served (I forgot to ask the name of the server) but she was also lovely, polite and again, nothing too much to ask. Thank you so much⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First time there as a Turkish restaurant. They still do the Frango chicken, but also now have a range of Turkish food and burgers too. We had the mixed kebabs. Choice of two from kofta (adana), shish and chicken. Wonderful kebabs full of flavour, lean and served with lovely fresh salad, some sauces and we had the piri piri chips. Absolutely fabulous lunch. We will definitely go back.

Not sure how we have lived in Andover for so long and have only just discovered the best kebab here!

The food is incredible. This is the only kebab we have had where the chips aren't soggy. They are perfect and delicious every time. The meat is always tender and tasty and they have never gotten a detail wrong with our order, down to what salad and condiments we want.

Always quick service too. We won't go anywhere else now for kebab.

We love the Chestnut Tree, we look forward to the friendly banter of the staff, especially Chrissy. As soon as you walk in, he is there with his usual smile and welcoming hello. Our drinks are sorted straight away, no questions asked. Always a great welcome from Hilary who also knows straight away what we would like. \nAll staff are very welcoming and when patrons leave they are always thanked for their custom and do please do come back and visit us. \nWe have eaten there a few times, the foo is well priced and very delicious.\nYou need to visit this pub, not just the food but the lovely staff.\n 100 out of 10. Can't fault.

Booked a meal for two tonight and I can honestly say we were not disappointed. I had the sirloin steak which was the best I’ve had in a long time. My wife had the chicken burger and I had a taste of it and it was well tasty. For pudding I went for the crumble of the day (apple) and custard. Proper pudding which hit the spot. Service great, atmosphere good and prices reasonable. We will definitely be returning. Happy customers thank you The Queens Head ??

I've lived in Ludgershall just over a year and had take away from here about 7-8 times now.
If you read my reviews I've eaten a LOT of Chinese and Indian take aways.
The keema rice is the best rice I've had from a Indian takeaway! It's absolutely lovely.
You get so much meat in the curries, I can never finish all the meat! It's extremely good value for money! The spicy poppadoms don't disappoint either. I've been so disappointed with so many spicy poppadoms as they're just not spicy. But these ones from here hit the taste buds perfectly! A little tingle every time! I've tried the chicken tikka masala and the chicken korma from here and both are always great! Lots of flavour, always arrive really hot when getting delivery!
If you haven't tried them and reading these reviews before ordering! Definitely give them a go! You won't be disappointed! Next one for me is going to be the chilli masala!
The guys that work in the restaurant are lovely, so polite and kind.

Ordering via phone was easy, repeated the order almost correctly.

They said it would take 45 mins to arrive. RUBBISH!!!! It was more 30, nice woman dropped it off.

While delivery menu is more expensive, we did get a lot of food, I am well and truly stuffed, I didn’t even lick the bowl (like a cat)

Order from here about every 5 years but boy am I excited when I do. Thanks for the free prawn crackers!

So we have 4 take away pizza restaurants in Andover. Dominos, pizza hut, Papa John's and capprinnos.All I have ordered from and only 2 days would order from again. Dominos which is good but Papa John's for me wins. The reason for this is it's a bit cheaper, the sides are great ( cheese and bacon loaded potato tots for the win). The pizza it's self is great. The crust is great and the toppings I love. The Philly pizza is great although could do with more steak in my opinion. The garlic butter is not great compared the dominos garlic and herb dip which is miles better what you get with the pizza. All in all just passes dominos just about. Change your dip and add a bit more toppings and you win hands down Papa John's Andover. Also staff are nice.

Chicken Tikka Biryani & Korai: Both were incredibly tasty, well-spiced, and cooked to perfection.
Keema & Garlic Naans: Fluffy, fresh, and the perfect complement to the mains.

The station hotel is fantastic!! Wonderful welcome from the landlord & landlady. The room was spotless and had great facilities, everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Myself and a group of friends attended a training course, there were 14 of us split in two different hotels, each night we all ended up at the station. The location is perfect for all shopping needs. We had particularly good service when we asked for water for the baby
But the main reason for the review is the exceptional greeting and engagement with one particular member of staff and that was the lovely lady clearing the tables and making sure the tables were clean. We didn’t get to ask her name but the way she was with the children was amazing. From the moment we entered. Both our 3 year olds loved her as did the baby .

Please let this lovely lady who had a red headscarf on to know how impressed we were.

Who is out here leaving 1 star for a kebab shop having dry chicken. I’d actually wager THE BEST chicken in Hampshire. Maybe it’s an acquired taste. Maybe everyone is expecting something different. All I know is this place deserves better ratings. Fillets/wraps are the best, don’t even try anything else - there’s no need.

The food was outstanding, we were their only table for dine in, strange set up in a pub but I can’t fault it at all. Each of the party said that their food was really tasty.

A lovely Sunday roast with family. A good mix of menu. Pizza for our son, fish and chips for the missus and roast beef for the others. The Camden pale ale was a lovely pint so I had two! The Chrissy pudding was a lovely size. Just enough to enjoy the taste, not so much I felt stuffed. Nice fruity flavor drenched in alcohol.
