Booked for 4pm express to collect shopping and at 4:45 only just picked it all even though I selected I'm on my way at 3:50? Guy on telephone was quite attitudy not a care in the world.

very busy i couldnt use my vouchers because the blue light card was scanned 1st and prevented me being able tovuse them as a result so was unable to get £15vouchers off 2bd time ive lost outscan vouchers 1st then hope i can use my blue light card

Store a death trap. Member of staff decided to force through a palet of stock. Passed me in an isle not wide enough to get passed Welker pulled walker along with palet which made me lose balance. Shame on Jack for not bothering to come and check if I was OK

I should have put a review long ago about Jacob a nice security officer Andover Asda always helpful, goes an extra mile showing where products are and supporting with any related queries. I was also super impressed today by Cameron at the self checkouts he swiftly sorted the red light calls with a smile and I was happy to be in and out of the shop quickly.

I rushed to the local Asda to buy lottery tickets, but no one was at the lottery counter. Despite three staff members standing behind me at the self-checkout, I waited for over five minutes and missed the chance to get my ticket. Partly my fault, but also a bit of Asda's responsibility. Quite dissatisfied with the experience.

Asda, what a diabolical way to treat any disabled customers!!!!Wednesday I placed a delivery order as I cannot easily get out and about.I paid for express delivery, 12.30/1.30, I waited at my kitchen window sitting on a stool, it did Not come, no one came to my door nor did I see anyone looking for my home.I checked at 2.15 the tracking it said it was being picked… also it asked if they had the right address, it did not so was told to ring, I was told yes they had the right address it was minutes away.At 4p.m I rang again to be told the driver couldn’t get an answer at my door and my shopping had been returned to the store.So I had no dinner weds thurs fri it was just toast I had to eat.And today I am still waiting for them to return my money so I can shop else where.I will NEVER use this service again.Shocking way to treat anyone!!!!

Decent but does need a lot of help inside. A LOT of repairs really should be picked up (Ceiling especially!) But I know weather and many years have worn the place down. The employees it's 50/50 in there really. HALF are VERY good and VERY helpful!! The OTHER half just CBA to help you and if you should ask them a question OH my god I have just upset their millennialistic world!! OH GOD forbid you should DO YOUR JOB. (Learn from your coworkers who know what it is to WORK for a living!) I used to do retail, stocking, floor work and you are THERE to serve and help the customer AND be a good representative OF that store. Half the Andover ASDA crew... are really bad. I'm sorry. I hate to take a star off but I have been in store several times and nearly gotten run over by a young worker who just isn't bothered to look.. (OR take health and safety into their bubbled world!) OTHERWISE - really HUGE selections, decent prices. Parking is paid weekdays as most are. NEXT to the Odeon Cinema. It's a nice little shopping outing! ( so called 'cafe' upstairs lol)

Careful of getting blender here.The blender I got at this store is bad, I returned the first one because it wasn't coming up, few days my wife also got another in the same store, and it was the same issue. She was not allowed to test before taking it home, yet when she got home it was the same issue.Be careful of getting blender here

Asda Pharmacy what a joke.Tried calling them 13 times this morning and each call rang off. Went to pick up my inhalers on Saturday and was given 1 inhaler instead of 4 when i queried this all i got was a shrug of the shoulders.If i am prescribed inhalers it means i need them!!
