Ordered 2 pizzas 2 sides, 1 drink.1 pizza was correct, we ordered the new mac and cheese pizza which states no tomato sauce and just the cheese sauce, macaroni & crispy onions.First one we received no crispy onions on a tomato sauce base which completely ruined it.Rang up again stating online advises no tomato sauce, they said they would remake it and send again.Received it 20 mins later, 3/4 pizza filled with onion, very little macaroni.. And again a tomato sauce.. Which isn't supposed to be included and ruined it.

Ordered online, received email confirmation and money taken from my account. Waited and no order, called and was told my order was not there and head office are not sharing the online orders and I should have called!Will get a refund via head office but didn't know when.Really poor service from the online service!!!!Will not use again

Went down to order from them was greeted by an empty desk some foreign women came out asked what I wanted barely understood any English then went and got another foreign women both stood there clueless had to bring up an order on my phone then they tried to both sort it. Then tried to overcharge me an extra 5 quid then asked why I didn't want it. Told them they were wrong. Useless service useless people never going to them again absolute waste of time felt like a needed google translate just to order a meal for me and my partner ...........

Took an hour and 10 minutes to get 3 cookies dough delivered. When arrived it had missing ice cream. It’s not cookie dough without ice cream. That’s the only reason why we get it from here.When called Pizza Hut and you cant understand the management as they are not English !!!! Never again
Beware of them they are scammers… rude manager tried to charge me an extra £1.49 delivery on top of £15 when the shop states as free delivery over £10.99 I am very cross with there service today, won’t let them get away with it I am hard as nails when I put my mind to it.

I ordered online at 19.42. website said my collection will be between 19.55 and 20.05 it took forever. The girl on the counter asked them 3 times for my order and it wasn't ready. But the deliveries were comming out whilst I waited, 3 of them came and went by the time I waited. I wanted a refund she went to ask and out of nowhere my order appeared. Funny how wanting a refund makes the order appear. Just a shame really although I did get garlic bread and a drink for the inconvenience it's still not the point.
