If you reserve an order for a pickup time which supposedly allows you to skip the que, expect them to ignore you and serve everyone else who walks in after you. Disgraceful. Gave up and walked out in the end. Can’t rate the food, didn’t get a chance to try

I ordered a cheese and ham toasted sandwich, but they gave me ham and mayo toasted sandwich not to say I hate mayo but it was absolutely drenched in it and it made the bottom a bit soggy.

Kind staff nice turkey wraps , always seems clean and tidy. The only thing that could be better is the cookies where not so soft the time

Staff always friendly, with speedy service. But gloves are barely changed between each sandwich/order so cross contamination is definitely something to watch out for.
