A good place to go for a cuppa & a comfortable seat. The only negative is their toilet facilities are extremely limited. Only one toilet & no baby changing facility.

Cafe Nero consistently provides the best tasting coffee out of the major national chains. This shop is no different. The seating area has a handful of tables in it's front area which benefit from a being glass fronted getting sun over the lunch period. Music is played and you can get away from the 'mall feel' .

Caffe Nero is my current favourite coffee shop but this store let me down. They were given 2 chances to make our drinks and they were still bad enough to end up in a bin. Not impressed by the staff either.

It's nice and cool in this hot weather. Cold drinks were very good. Service not great. Our server thrust our drinks at us and started chatting to someone else without stamping my card then totally ignored the fact that we were still standing there. As we were leaving there was another group of customers near the door, one of whom had dropped his trousers! This was about 15:00 on a Sunday afternoon. Not the fault of the cafe, I guess, but did somewhat put me off.

Clean and well stocked with beverages and items to eat. One cashier on her own but dealt with the customers well. Toilet was clean but bin was overflowing with tissue etc.
