I’m Mediterranean myself and was looking for a decent lamb and chicken doner. I’m not easily pleased. That said I shared both a lamb doner wrap and a chicken doner wrap. Meat was top quality and salad also good as well as homemade chilli sauce (only place I have seen yet that actually make their own chilli sauce in Basingstoke). Can’t really go wrong on price either for two chunky wraps. If you like a doner kebab it’s a shout.

I have been a regular customer of chick mex for many years. Infact since it first opened in the nineties with the original owner.I fully understand the current financial climate and businesses have to raise their prices to keep themselves from going under. Over the past year or so chick mex has raised their prices and understandably.However the recent increase is obsurd, £9.90 for a large doner and £4.50 for chips!Come on guys you're taking liberties nowAndy
