Called up to order by phone the women who answered was clueless, passed the phone to another female who was being silly on the phone and told me they are to busy to take orders on the phone and I should order online. Went to the store and found out it was the short Chinese/Thai female manager who was actually being rude. Food= rushed and undercooked.

Never in my life have I ever had to repeat myself in a domino's ever. The staff in here are like they are running a Chinese /Indian takeaway they own not a pizza place screaming at each other.I was trying to say my order and the women walked off 3 times on me so I stopped talking... How rude!Also Couldn't do me a half and half pizza at all very strange indeed??

I went once but ended up going back several times because the service is quick and the food is hot and tasty. Friendly lady who took my orders is very nice lady.Great taste of pizza and hot and spicy chicken wings. Fantastic!Thank you ??Parking: Car park within walking distance almost behind store.

Whoever was working on at the time of this review should be sacked. This is why corporation companies are whack! Quantity over quantity. Terrible staff in fact, embarrassing to say the least.

Wouldn’t serve me at12am when they closed at 1am and the guy lied when talking to the manager and was rude when I tried to order a pizza don’t recommend this place stay away from it rude staff

Poor service throughout. I had ordered and waited over an hour before my pizza disappeared from the tracker I called and a very blunt and rude girl told me it would be 5 min so I waited and 20 mins passed so I called back my pizza had been cancelled because I didn’t answer the phone!!!!! Knock on the door like you always have done????? Like everyone else knocks on the door oh my god it’s not hard?!???? I don’t want a refund 3-5 working days later I’m hungry it’s 2 am now I’m not eating because of your laziness and incompetence. When I spoke to the guy the second time he wasn’t helpful or particularly apologetic about the situation and informed me that it’s late there’s nothing they can do. He didn’t care one bit and I get it’s late people want to go home but work catering I finish late. If you don’t like it get a job somewhere else. If you can!!!!!!!
The older chap who delivers to us in Beggarwood is just the most adorable, chatty fella and a great ambassador for being a good person - always brings a biscuit for our dog. The pizza is always hot, fresh and we’ve never had any mistakes or delays.

Advertised as open until 1am, arrived at 12:15 and told I had to order online and had the door slammed in my face, incredibly disrespectful, then to also hear staff laughing and joking about the fact they turned me away. Great way to do business.

Went to collect an order. Very rude staff no acknowledgement when we came into the building even though there was no one else in there. When it came to payment, the lady just slapped the card reader in front of me without telling me how much. When I asked how much she rolled her eyes

If there was an option of Negative rating I would have given that...I ordered Vegetarian pizza and they gave me chicken pizza height of carelessness and tasteless smelly food. Waste of money, too expensive, cheap quality, stale food
