Food late and arrived cold. Ordered and it took 1hr 20 to deliver. Tried calling. Member of staff wasn't honest and hung up before call ended. Have emailed into dominos but referred back to the branch who hung up on us! Awful service.

After waiting over an hour for 2 pizza’s I called the store and was told they were going to give the delivery driver call and call me back. I then waited an additional 20 minutes for this call which never happened so I called back and the person on the other end was extremely unhelpful. I didn’t end up getting either pizza’s and am unsure whether or not a refund is coming. Highly distrustful and do not recommend. If I could’ve given 0 stars, I would’ve.

First time that we tried Dominos pizza ... never again - was nothing like pizza we had elsewhere with thin crust pizza including fresh good quality topiings.

Having waited nearly an hour for a pizza and garlic bread, it transpired the pizza had been on the hot plate, for nearly 40mins. Store not busy, when went in, only two orders being made, staff standing around, not really knowing what their job is, needless to say, pizza not really warm let alone hot. For the price food should be better.

Popped in after visiting the Overton Hill Park for a lunchtime special today. Undoubtedly the best pizza I have had from this branch and possibly any of the Basingstoke outlets! Was beautifully presented (could have been in an advert), soft, lots of cheese and delicious! Great job everyone!

Dominos is so expensive. Anyone paying full price really needs to rethink their life. That said, the whole point is to use the multitude of offers to bring the price down to something just about bearable.The pizzas themselves are good, although I seriously doubt they are any good for you.Overton dominos messed up our order and announced really late on that they couldn't deliver which was really annoying but to be fair, they have me a full refund so I can't complain. Happy to go back.

Absolutely terrible service. If I could leave zero stars I would. Lied to us that our order had left the depot 10 minutes ago, then told us after an hour and a half that they had "lost" our order and didn't know which driver had taken it. What an absolute farce.
