Family met up here after funeral. The owner was so helpful. He put the football match on for us to watch and we had a great night. The owner was more than helpful organising taxis for us and kept checking up on us till they came. Lovely atmosphere in there.

I used to visit this pub when shopping. However I think it must have new management. My wife and I went in, just us at the bar. the person behind the just ignored us. Only interested in serving the locals. Pouring drinks for people siting down. So if your not local your not welcome, you will not get served.

I have to give a massive 5 stars for the lady behind the bar when I visited on Monday 14th August. She was brilliant and treated me and my client a gentleman with learning difficulties, so well. Chatty and talking to my client rather than going through me which is quite often the case with alot of people in service industry sadly. My client had a wonderful time and wants to return another day. Thank you lady behind the bar you excelled in every way and made us feel right at home.
