Overall, the experience was good. Fast service. Wasn't too busy for the time of day I went, and the food was great. Came out hot and wasn't all over the box as I have found on previous visits. Staff were really pleasant and helpful, helped me take the trays over to the table. Very accommodating and was asking if I needed anything else, as I was with an individual with learning disabilities and in a wheelchair, they came over often to make sure we had everything we needed.Parking: There are a number of spaces available in McDonald's carpark, and depending on the time of day you go, can depend on if you get a space out front or not. There is, however, plenty of spaces over the road at a very short distance walk.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. They have tablets in the centre of the restaurant, but these are limited and can depend again on the time of day you go. There are also colouring pads and crayons on the walls for kids to help themselves. There are plenty of highchairs for little ones as well.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access into the restaurant, but if you have a bulky wheelchair like I did, it was difficult to manoeuvre around the tables and people waiting for their orders. The tables also are not too good for certain wheelchairs if their high. A small suggestion, maybe look to allocate a priority table near the back that can be hight adjusted, so can be pulled up and down, like the tables you get in a hospital, to accommodate larger wheelchairs that can't get under the standard ones that are currently there? Would help massively instead of having a big wheelchair sit at an angle in a gangway next to the table. Just food for thought for McDonald's to consider. I usually have to put the tray on a person I'm supporting's lap for them to be able to eat their food in a restaurant.

Every single time I have ordered from this place they forget the MAIN part of my meal. There's always a burger or something missing. I rang up and spoke to the manager and he promised forty pounds worth of vouchers to be posted and they never arrived. My honest advise is to NEVER order from here if you want a whole meal. It's not even like it's cheap these days. I spent nineteen pounds on a delivery order and none of it even showed up. APPALLING service.

Basingstoke, it is the only business left on the shopping park, therefore it looks a state. There is no carpark close by, it was always designed like this, but with the rest of the shops closed, walking to McDonalds has not been made easy with fencing blocking some footpathsParking: It is not close, tidy or safe to walk from

Very rude floor manager asked for sauce for 4 people only given 1 tub then ignored trying to get more . She then called me rude . Lol then i wondered is it because I'm black . Probably lolAnyways thanks for making me wait 5 mins just to get rude service good luck.
