Didn’t and couldn’t order any food. The app wasn’t working. I complained to the staff who were totally disinterested. I then tried to order without the app. This wouldn’t work either. Called the staff again. The manager came and bashed the machine to wake it up. He walked off and it still didn’t work. Walked out as did several other people.

The service was reasonable quick and the staff were friendly. The food was the normal McDonalds quality and value. The restaurant was clean and tidy.
Absolutely horrible place. Staff rude. Toilet door broken and I got trapped inside!I also woke up with a stomach ache and it made me wonder about how hygienic the kitchen is.I will NEVER go there again!

Good experience with grandchildren. Manager an absolutely star and let our grandchildren have a little go in the play area even though they were cleaning and clearing. 2 happy grandchildren and happy grandchildren finished off downstairs with happy meals. ?

Why can McDonald’s never get your order right?! Twice in a row I have ordered from this branch using the app and Uber eats. Both times missing food and other items wrong…then you have to hunt high and low to find someone to complain to…you then have to re-order and pay another £3.99 delivery fee. The whole system sucks and neither company want to take responsibility for bad service. Pushing you from one to the other! Argh!!

It's a normal MC Donald's as much as the staff try to keep out the riff raff they still get in. Staff were very professional when 2 girls smeared their table with ketchup before they left (who does that?!) And cleaned it up with a smile ?
