I have ordered thru their app, and wait for more than an hour for the product to be delivered. So we went on the tracker to check the status, and it shown the order was delivered and already with us. So I phoned to the store to feedback on the problem, and was told by this gentleman that the pizza is on it way. So we wait for another 10mins before I phoned again to queries on the order status, and this time i was told the delivery staff was not able to find the address. Then i asked if they couldn't find my address, why would someone clicked at their system platform to completed the order status, this time a lady explained it was processed by mistake in the store, and telling us the pizza will be with us in the next 10 to 15 mins. By the time the order arrived and pizza box are completely cracked and pizza stuffings are all sticked to the cover. Instest of accepting the half order and waiting another 45 mins to get the replacement. We have decided to reject the order, and I took a picture as a record. To make our rejection was awared by the store, we call back to the store and tell them the situation.Now here comes with the worst part, they told us they will take a look at the delivery after it goes back to the store before they can say more.I explained to them any investigation can leave to them to perform internally, we are not looking for any explanations or even an apologies, all I need is a refund process to be initiated. Then I was being warned by this lady on phone that if I request to raise a refund, I would not be able to place anothe new order for the pizza. Up to this point, the whole experience was a complete nightmare. I have been living in this town for more than five years, i ordered from Papa John's almost 1 every month on average. I am truly disappointed by what happened today.

Tried ordering via website. Did not manage to alter 1/2 & 1/2 toppings. Sticking to Domino's. Easier website. Pity really wanted to try PJ'S as alternative to Domino's.

Soggy, oily, disgusting mess. Made me feel sick ? The new pizza type mushroom with pesto is absolutely vile from here. The pizza is really oily, has an awful taste and raw onions. I really hate it. Wasted.

Had to select one star but it’s a zero, robbing pricks!!!! Ordered before they closed and order confirmed yet never received a morsel of food! No phone call, nothing from them at all. Stole my money, no food, no refund. Joke of a business! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Had some trouble communicating that I had wanted a vegan pizza, turns out only the cheese was vegan, I had called them and they were happy to take it back and deliver a fresh vegan one, came extremely fast too, excellent service on their side.

Finally got around to order some pizza on my own as we used to get it quite often at work. When ordered mid day, my order was straight away cancelled due to lack of drivers - makes me question, why are you available on delivery platforms when not available? Got bit more successful on my next try day after, more towards evening time. Pizza itself was OK, expected slightly bigger as advertised as XXL yet it seems pretty much around the L size of other places. Not huge fan of their garlic dip, however can understand this can be just my preference.

Ordered takeaway after an hour rang to see where food was as tracer said it had been delivered. Was told they couldn’t get hold of the driver. Asked for a refund again told couldn’t have one until food was returned. Had no food ? asked for refund was told 7 days but couldn’t have a confirmation just to trust them. Food eventually arrived but was cold very disappointing as not cheap. Make your own minds up but mine was a poor experience
Recently moved into the area after some time away..have ordered from a different pizza place, and honestly been pretty disappointed.Tonights order was amazing.Hot, full of flavour and the delivery driver did exactly as I asked.Definately gonna be my go to for pizza.Thank you guys so much!!

The worst pizza experience ever. Ordered at 5pm for a pizza delivery at 7pm. The pizza didn’t arrive until 8:45pm. I phoned 2 times and someone at the store put me on hold once and then second time said it will come in 10 minutes. Which was a complete lie. When the pizza arrived 1 hour 45 minutes from requested time. The dips were missing and the pizza was cold. It’s as if they gave me a pizza cooked at 5pm. Someone at the restaurant offered to provide a refund but then it never happened 5 days on still waiting for this refund :/Avoid papa johns you’re better off going somewhere else for a pizza.

I had to cancel my order as it took you 2hrs 40mins of which it was sat in the cutting and checking stage. I then had a guy phone 30 mins later and say he couldn't find my house even though the pizzas were cancelled by speaking to the store. To top it off a lady has just knocked at my door three hours later with the order doubled up to which I sent her back with them. Honestly it sounds like you are tieing yourselves up in knots I would suggest someone gets a hold of this store as its not very good for business ?
