Amazing staff, best service ever! So busy, but don't be discouraged, these guys are lightning fast and super friendly and they remember your order. Like WOW. They've got me hooked and it's nothing to do with caffeine ?. And the pret sub is the best offer ever too.

Never been to a coffee shop where there is no option other than paper cups? Is it now a thing where you spend £20 for 2 people for a coffee and a sandwich for lunch and have to drink out of paper cups with a plastic lid?Asked for it to be remade and was told they only do paper cups now? This wasn’t the case earlier this year in this same Pret. Also, why ask if you are eating in or taking away if you also don’t get a plate for anything you are eating? A hot wrap eaten out of a cardboard sleeve, really?Thankfully Starbucks and Costa still know how to serve coffee and food properly so will be taking my custom elsewhere.

After more than half year, we revisited this coffee shop. We noticed most of the previous lovely staff have all been replaced. What happened?The nice atmosphere and well service have gone. The new store manager is not helpful to the staff at all! Look like a Commander only!Please give back our old Pret back like before!

Sat in on a Sunday morning with my Dad and the staff were so friendly and chatty. Because they weren't too busy one of the staff actually dropped my drink off at our table. He then later gave us a croissant on the house! Such a lovely atmosphere on the morning with the lovely pret standard of food you can expect.
Just dropped in for a Sunday coffee before the shops opened in festival place. Store manager could not have been any more welcoming or friendly.Great coffee and food.

Great customer service and excellent coffee. The staff here are always manically busy but still manage to make you feel welcome, especially the main guy who is always here (manager?).I got the subscription recently and it is definitely good value for money. Love the food here and its nice to have a selection of healthy options like salads to choose from, it's becoming harder and harder to find healthy options on the high street so I am a big fan of Pret.
