In my last 3 visits I have had wildly different scenarios. The more recent is that they are simply not putting in enough of certain flavours to be detectible in the drink. My partner ordered a praline shell and kinder Bueno shake that just tasted of milk. My order of toblerone came with the toblerone only broken up into about 10 pieces. They are not blending sufficiently to be able to drink with a straw or to mix the flavours properly. They either need to replace the blenders, or blend for much longer, with a procedural amount of the ingredients.

Went to order my 10 year old daughter a milkshake she's type 1 diabetic. I asked how many oreos they put in the milkshake so I can calculate how much insulin she needs.In front of everyone the lady said I'm not serving her because she's diabetic.My daughters mental health is not good at the moment because she's struggling to come to terms with only being diagnosed 2 months ago.Thanks alot for making her cry absolutely disgusting!!!

The service is degrading every single day. I was/am fan of shake away for so long. Excellent taste but Of late they are being disappointing. For the last few times, whenever I order a smoothie, it’s only filled halfway or may be slightly more… kinda 60-70%, literally!!! Attached is the pic of large mango smoothie I purchased today but only half filled!!! And this is not the 1st time happening..Again - the taste is great, but either they are doing cost cutting by not filling completely or just not being sincere towards their services.Please improve.

I don't know why this place is being praised as best place for milkshakes.. very disappointing experience. My milkshake was like water.. not thick and creamy. Definitely won't come here again.

My friend kev aha x loves the Big Dave. Please keep up the big Dave as it keeps my friends sanity at a low. Staff are amazing as always and the scenery inside the diner is just immaculate! We have come here for our brunch date everyday for the past 3 years and our little boy on the way will most definitely enjoy the place too!
