It's not a bad experience, but you have to forget about the money they take off you! It's now an absolute rip-off, especially following the recent price increases. It might be easier to swallow if the company paid their fair share of taxes in the UK... but they don't. Time to boycott Starbucks.

The manager and staff are super nice, sometimes it's busy but it's not their fault. The drinks are nice, I've only ever had it gotten wrong once out of the 10+times that I've gone.

When you can get a seat after queuing, you can enjoy a good coffee with a jazz ambience. But tables are often dirty and everything is super-expensive.

Not every Starbucks have good coffee, unfortunately. Especially those in the motorway services. This one at Festival place has been consistently good.

Staff do a really good job - they were really polite to us even though I am sure they were tired. Starbucks stays open longer on a Sunday then any of the other coffee chains in the complex.

Very slow flat service. Food display shelfs untidy and needed a wipe down. Very untidy seating areas.Tables not cleared off so had to do it myself. Toilet and baby changing room untidy and unkempt. Daughter had an iced Blond latte and enjoyed. Music in the background was good.

Staff are friendly, however can get extremely busy on the weekends so I prefer to go in on the weekdays.I always appreciate that music is playing in the background but it’s more chill and not obnoxiously loud if there isn’t many customers. Some folks like to come in and collect their thoughts rather than feel like they are in a club.
