Visited pallets today for a coffee with my son. He was very impressed with the rocky road cake and loved his hot chocolate. My oat milk latte was delicious. But the best part of the visit was being served by Jess who is so friendly and loving, my son really enjoyed talking with her and she made our day!Dietary restrictions: Milk alternatives availableKid-friendliness: Loads of kids games to play!

We only popped in for a coffee (nice coffees), staff were super friendly and the food and cakes looked really good. Nice looking cafe too.

I had the best vegan dark hot chocolate made with coconut milk served in a divine large cup & saucer.I will have to go back for more ?Dietary restrictions: It's great to get a vegan (dark) hot chocolate as many cafes do not have a vegan option

Not many places in the forest that do a flat white as good as these guys. Also love it when they have doughnuts ?

Tried to visit here twice but wasn't open either time despite their opening times saying otherwise. Nothing mentioned on their socials or website. Don't go out of your way to visit here.

We had some typical coffees and pastries for breakfast and everything was delicious, you can also enter with the dog. Very friendly.

Thanks so much to this amazing coffee house and especially to Jess. I returned after a previous visit as I was just relocating to the area. Jess was so helpful and friendly. The moonroast coffee is a favourite of mine. The brownies are so tasty. I will return again and again. Highly recommend. ?

I absolutely LOVED this place. I am not a coffee aficionado, but I can wholeheartedly say that I had enjoyed the best coffee I have tasted in my life accompanied by a tasty panini which I give the same rating to i.e. by far the best. The staff were so attentive and welcoming and while we ate and drank we read the delightful story of this family business. On top of all of this quality we found the pricing to be a snip compared to the other two fine cafes in Beaulieu. I can't wait to return for another coffee and panini.

What a delightful little cafe this was! We just left the Beaulieu attractions and visited Pallets for a refresher. We went for a coffee, hot chocolate, Brownie, jammie dodger blondie and a Bacon bagel. All tasting absolutely incredible! The service was top tier too, and we sat in the window seat playing draughts. We highly recommend visiting Pallets, and it'll be added on my top UK eats list for sure!Parking: Parking is difficult, the car park is a cash only, or with the Ring Go app, which doesn't recognise the location number. The street parking was limited, and there is a garden centre that we managed to park in.

Just had a coffee. But what a coffee! Cappuccino, very well made, tasted great, and had lots of chocolate shavings on top. Awesome. Best coffee I’ve had for a long time.

Cute little coffee shop right on the corner jn Beaulieu. My friend had a milkshake and I had an ice coffee with oat milk. Both good drinks and reasonably priced, service was attentive and welcoming. We sat inside on a cosy table for 2 but there was lots of seating outside too.
