Wide choice of all products and produce. Queing at checkouts and self scan at busy times.

Why, at Christmas, do away with half the checkout's to make space for cases of beer? Queues were horrendous. A stupid decision.

Scam, laziness or system failure?Onion sauce is not part of the mix and match. We always carefully check the prices and offers, but this was well hidden in plain sight.

Always have missing items in my groceries. Very often vegetables or fruit are rotten or mouldy, meat running out the same day or the next day. Refund requests are being rejected. I have no energy to keep contacting customer service. Will be buying from other supermarkets. Maybe a bit more expensive but considering how much food I throw away because of the poor quality I may actually pay less for what I get.

6 customers including myself had to wait 30 minutes for our George orders to be retrieved from the cupboard yesterday 24.12. The assistant kept looking with the door open and the parcels were in chaos. The customer infront of me parcel could not be found. So we all had to wait. I was next in the queue and the assistant could have easily given me my parcel before she did. . I asked customer service to help her but they would not. I asked them to call the manager. Somebody came along but did nothing. We were ignored and all the assistants level of rudeness was beyond belief. Not one apology. It is always an extremely slow service at customer service where the staff chatter amongst themselves while customers are waiting. They sometimes have what appears longpersonal conversations amongst themselves completely ignoring the customers. They seem to think the customer is a nuisance

Large carpark with bus stop on the main road to Southampton. Decent selection of fruit and veg, many tills, adjacent fuel station usually the cheapest in the area.

Saturday morning and shelves empty. Store has gone downhill. Fruit & veg look very poor quality ( whats actually on the shelf)

Overall I like the store and prices have become more competitive recently - however I've found the price on the shelf are an unreliable indicator of what you will actually pay at the till. In my last three visits:- Item priced at £2.35 scanned at £2.85- Any 2 for £16 discount not applied at till, two items definitely included in the offer had stickers on them promoting the offer and it was stated on the shelf- Item priced at £3.85 scanned at £6These misprices are a very regular occurence in my experience. The staff at self checkout are helpful and manually apply the correct price for me, however I would rather not have to ask them to do that every time I visit.

Called into asda Eastleigh on way to airport to get travel money on Sunday - woman was really helpfulCalled in on the way back from airport to cash back my travel money I purchased with the buy back guarantee - to be told by the woman behind the desk she was closed (already had her jacket on )I explained I’ve travelled quite far and it was on the way back from the airport and it’s only 19.55pm when you close at 8pm and she just couldn’t be bothered and would not serve me …. I said I only want to change my money back and your not closed for another 5 more minutesShe point blank refused …. What a terrible service … now what am I going to do with my travel money ? Im hardly going to drive back 2 hours to do this again am I !! I suggest Managment contacts me …

Busy place, but all you need is available. Does have a McDonald's if a quick snack is needed. The other services like an in store chemist are helpful to have in same place.

Having just visited Asda at Chandlers Ford I have to comment on the absolutely ridiculous barriers that have been installed in the entrance. Who ever thought of that layout clearly has never used the facilities. Even Asda’s own staff were utterly confused. An absolutely disaster and the individual who came up with the concept needs taken to task. I personally ignored the ‘no entry’ sign and forced the ‘barrier’ open after leaving the Pharmacy because my wife was on the side. An absolute joke

Same old story every visit. Not nearly enough checkout staff, not enough self scan handsets, shelves poorly stocked, not even particularly cheap these days.

Why can’t Asda employ human staff at the petrol station? None of the machines were working for self service with people having varying levels of success using them. This isn’t the first time I’ve sat in a long queue to get no petrol - will only visit manned stations from now on.
