I am writing to express my concern regarding the working conditions of your staff at the Leigh store. During my recent visit, I noticed that the staff was working in extremely cold weather conditions, with the doors of the store remaining open despite the temperature being zero degrees Celsius.

While I understand the importance of customer service and maintaining an open environment, the well-being of your staff should be of utmost priority. Exposing them to such harsh weather conditions without adequate protection, such as fleeces or other appropriate clothing, is not only uncomfortable but also poses a potential health risk.

You should take immediate action to address this issue by providing your staff with suitable attire to ensure their comfort and safety during cold weather. This will not only demonstrate your commitment to employee welfare but also create a more positive and productive work environment. Without them you have no shop!”
