DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TAKEAWAY!What an absolutely vile, disgusting meal. If I could give this takeaway zero stars, I would. I ordered chicken with cashew nuts. I'm sure tge meal had been cooked at least an hour beforehand. ZERO cashew nuts. Cold slimy sauce. Had a smell of diesel exhaust to it.This has left me feeling physically sick and very cross as I was expecting good things.

Unfortunately, the food was bland beyond measure. The pancake roll contained nothing more than beansprouts, 1 sliver of what i think was chicken and half of what at might have been a prawn, but I would not put money that. I would not recommend this place ti anyone.

Back in the 1970’s canton house was fantastic and the best around . Such a shame that we went there last night and it was the worst anywhere !! It didn’t even taste like Chinese and all the onions peppers .etc were completely raw . The only good thing were the prawn crackers!!!! The original owners would be devastated that their original reputation had been ruined

Ordered meal for friday evening Over cooked sweet & sour chicken, fried rice not fried and crispy seaweed was disgusting and inedible
Very poor quality and almost devoid of meat. Disappointing, and will not go back. Cannot recommend Canton House based on this meal.

I used this takes away some years back but had a take away this week and I can honestly say it was the worse Chinese food I’ve had in a very long time. DO NOT EAT HERE if you enjoy your food

We won't be ordering from here again. Vegetarian spring rolls had chicken inside, chips were undercooked, Vegetable Singapore noodles came without any vegetables, the chicken chow mein was watery... I strongly advise any potential customers to look elsewhere.
