As every Costa I've ever visited, reluctantly every time, every bit as poor as Starbucks. Too big a chain so lacks personality & warmth, awful coffee blend with yucky after-taste, dirty, staff more interested in who's sleeping with who ( I know who is, 15m away from them!) and frequented by many who wouldn't know a good cup of coffee from tea! Awful experience!

First visit here. Very good fast service and polite staff. Clean and tidy.

Was very quiet when we called in, around 2pm in the afternoon, we had a lemon tart and cinnamon bun and cold Frappe/smoothie drinks, mango & passionfruit smoothie and strawberry & cream frappe can be seen in my picture, as it was rather a warm day.Parking: This costa shares its car park with home bargains and matalan, so there is plenty of free spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Costa is on the same level as the car park, so easily accessible to anyone, wide doors for a wheelchair, plenty of space inside to maneuver a wheelchair or disability vehicle.

Went in for a coffee whilst waiting for mot, quick service, clean and comfortable. Coffee was a expected.
Toilets need checking on a more regular basis...not

I have been poorly the last couple of days and my mum went to pick me up a drink, my mum doesn’t drink milk or coffee so has never been to costa. The man working was so helpful with her and wrote me a lovely get well soon message on the cup. It really is the little details that make someone’s day so thank you so much to the gent working on 06/09 around 6:30

Very nice clean and tidy staff friendly service prompt as norm coffee up to standard well worth a visit.

Went to get a cold drink but message on the door said no cold drinks. Partner went into check but staff were just rude, it says it on the door doesn't it. The place looked like a bomb had hit it and I won't be going back that's for sure. Worst Costa I've been in.
