Place is dark and dingyWaited for more than 20 minutes for food when it was dead. Was the only customer by the way.Women on till was very rude and very loud i could hear her from the back of the restaurant. The music was too loud and was just a overall not a good time. They hardly gave any sauce or toppings on the waffle and the Milkshake was like water. For the prices I expected more.Very disappointing won't go there again.

Went in on Saturday night and saw a member of staff who was being quite mean to a young girl who worked there. I can get it if it was joking around but you could see the young girl was getting uncomfortable. Not a nice thing too see or witness. Even saw the member of staff not letting the young girl get by her at one point.

After being there for 40 minutes they brought out are order which they replaced half of our order with substitute replacements that we didn’t get told they never had. Was given a full refund tho but I won’t be going

Food nice, tables need cleaning more often, quite dark could bring more customers in with a lighter colour scheme.

Took kids here after cinema as a treat. Lovely waffles & crepes. Very filling - you need a good appetite & a sweet tooth. Was pretty empty so not much atmosphere but ordering / service was quick & staff polite.

We've become regular visitors to Creams Cafe in Eastleigh, often dropping by for a delightful serving of ice cream to take away. The ice cream has consistently been a delight, and my personal favorite is the refreshing blood orange sorbet. Recently, we decided to treat ourselves and sat in for a more indulgent experience. My sister opted for a waffle, while I indulged in an ice cream sundae. The service was prompt, and the food exceeded our expectations, leaving us more than satisfied. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring we had a delightful dining experience. The staff, while not extraordinary, were pleasant and efficient, ensuring we had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the place was satisfactory, though there's a minor room for improvement in that aspect. Overall, it was a good visit, and we're likely to return for another delightful treat in the future. The enticing options and consistently enjoyable flavors make Creams Cafe a go-to spot for our sweet cravings.

Very friendly staff and clean inside. That's the serious part out the way. The one word I would use to describe this place is "Sweet". If you have an addiction to anything sweet this is your place. The presentation of the food here is brilliant and will definitely have you take your phone out and snap a photo, before indulging some of the most delicious and sweet desserts.

Our visit to Cream Cafe Eastleigh was a mixed bag. While we had a challenging time with one of the new staff members who struggled to process even basic orders, I must commend Frenco, who was truly amazing with his service. Additionally, the desserts served at the cafe were a real treat. The exceptional service from Frenco and the delightful dessert helped balance out the initial bumps.I look forward to seeing the new team members grow in their roles for an overall smoother experience in the future.

Went here for a family members birthday meal and was very disappointedOne my meal came out first and we watched as staff got everything ready for two waiting delivery riders and didn't bring anything else to our table for about 20 minutes. When my mum asked what the delay was the fool serving us had the nerve to say it was because they were very busyLook at the photo to see how busy they weren'tWhen addressing them about this the fool spoke to me again telling me again it was because they were busy before sneering at me and saying he wasn't in charge so I asked who was. The young lady in charge came over, was very apologetic and agreed to give us about 50% refundWould not recommend at all. I'd rather the family all ate together than get money back!

Really nice ice creams and friendly staff. Only four stars due to the very high price.

First ever visit last week. Very quiet as it was Monday afternoon in term time but no complaints there as service was great and quick. Ordered the hot and cold chocolate sundae, it was excellent, not too heavy or rich.

Terrible service wrong ice cream given to us today when I asked for it to be changed I was told it would taste the same. Then a group of youths sat in the booth next to us spat bubblegum into my hair. When I asked staff to deal with them I was greeted with a laugh Would never return. Awful experience in front of my children.
