I used to eat here a lot but the food has dropped in standard the double bacon cheese burger had salad which consisted of only lettuce and very little of that the mayonnaise looked like it had been scraped on with a butter knife to give you the least amount possible the burgers were pretty low quality and the bacon was overcooked it look nothing like the picture on the menu. My wife had the pasta which although she ate it all made her feel queasy for the rest of the night so Unless things improve drastically I won’t be eating there ever again it’s a shame because it used to be such a great place and the staff are really nice

I haven't been to Frankie and Benny's for ages after a rubbish meal in Basingstoke. Took the kids today and have to say I was really impressed. We had pizzas and desserts and the food was surprisingly really good. 10/10 for the service too. Super Mario was great with my kids and was excellent at his job. Give the man a payrise. Had a good time. Thank you!

We came for dinner tonight and we were served by Mario. He was amazing and definitely gave us 5* service! He was always checking back to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anymore drinks etc!?frankies is definitely the place to go!!

I absolutely love Frankie and bennies and visit often with my partner and friends and family. The staff are always so lovely and food is always delicious!! However… everytime I’ve been there and the manager (short, dark brown hair- short, walks very quickly) is always shouting at her staff to the point it makes the customers turn around and look. This I find very unprofessional! And I feel sorry for her staff who are always so friendly and some we’ve even got to know because we go so much! If there is any way I can contact anyone higher I’d love to know has this has happened 3 times now! Overall frankie and bennies never fail to provide amazing food- this I give 5 stars as well as the staff. The little manager who walks around fast and shouts at her staff- 0 stars, doesn’t look good.

Ordered chips, which cost £4, and the portion was tiny. We’ve ordered chips before and the bag was full, however, this time the bag was less than half full. Very disappointing.

Would not recommend unless you want to wait over 1hr for food! We went here yesterday around 4pm there was a total of 6 couples from what I could see, it’s was very quiet (not understaffed!!) took them 30mins to bring us our drinks and take our food order, then another 45mins to bring out our food! Totalling 1hr 15mins wait!! Unbelievable, we didn’t have enough time for desert as we had to be at go karting for 6pm (thinking two hours was plenty!!) also has our starters with our mains due to the length of time it took it all had to come out together! Would never visit here again, banging burgers opposite or prezzo couple of doors down but avoid this place if I was you! He Wasn’t happy when I didn’t tip him either!..
For decent food, served quickly in a good environment and at a decent price. You can't go wrong here.

So I went down to Eastleigh with a few of my friends to get some food, first thing first the service was incredible, I was greeted by a lovely lady called Amy who seated us and ensured we had an amazing experiance, we ordered our food and it's arrived in a decent time frame! The food itself was absolutely amazing full compliments to the chef, never have I been to a more welcoming frankie \\u0026 bennys just incredible. Very warming.
